Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore is conducting the selection drive to engage BE/BTech Engineering Graduate to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) administered by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region in the following Engineering Stream.

HAL Recruitment Qualification 2025

Engineering Graduate : Candidate shall pass Degree in engineering BE/BTech in the subject specified. Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Degree, Mechanical/|Industrial/ Production/Mechatronics/Metallurgy & Material Science, Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Tele-Communication, Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Technology /Computer Science and Engineering/Information Science & Technology/ Information Technology & Civil/Chemical.

Eligibility Criteria:

i. Candidate shall pass Degree in engineering BE/BTech
ii. Candidate should possess graduation from a recognized University in India on or after 01/08/2020
iii. Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
iv. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.

How to Apply HAL Recruitment 2025

a. The aspiring candidates shall register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and must bring the copy of the registration form.
b. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending the walk-in.
c. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
