HAL Recruitment Qualification 2025
Non-Engineering Graduate : Candidate shall pass Degree BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA in the subject specified. BA-Economics/English/Sociology/Public Administration/History/Kannada, B.Sc–Physics/Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Aviation, B.Com Commerce/Banking /Statistics/ Accountancy/Finance, BBA-HR/Marketing/Operations Management/Finance & BCA-Computer/IT.
Eligibility Criteria:
i. Candidate shall pass Degree BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA in the subject specified
ii. Candidate should possess Degree from a recognized University in India on or after 01/08/2020
iii. Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
iv. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.

b. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending the walk-in.
c. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
