Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore is conducting the selection drive to engage Diploma Holders to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) administered by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region in the following Diploma Stream.

HAL Recruitment Qualification 2025

Diploma Holders : Candidate shall pass Diploma in engineering Aeronautical/ Aerospace/ Aviation/Avionics, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) three years approved by DTE, Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production/ Mechatronics/ Metallurgy & Material Science/ Tool and Die Making, Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation, Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Technology/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science & Technology/ Information
Technology, Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Tele-Communication, Civil / Chemical Engineering, Commercial Practice/ Library & Information Science.

Eligibility Criteria:

i. Candidate shall pass Diploma in engineering
ii. Candidate should possess Diploma from a recognized University in India on or after 01/08/2020
iii. Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
iv. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.

How to Apply HAL Recruitment 2025

a. The aspiring candidates shall register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and must bring the copy of the registration form.
b. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending the walk-in.
c. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
