- Ex-ITI Apprentices: संबंधित Trade में ITI Certificate रखने वाले उम्मीदवार (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronics, Welder G&E Trades में)
- Age Limit: Application Receipt की अंतिम तिथि पर 15 से 24 वर्ष के बीच, Govt. of India के Existing Rules अनुसार Upper Age Relaxation लागू
