HAL Apprentice Merit list 2022

Hindustan aeronautics Limited Apprentice Merit list 2022:: Applicants whose name is appearing in the Merit List has been PROVISIONALLY SHORTLISTED to undergo one year apprenticeship training at TTI HAL Bangalore, Please follow the instructions given below.

• The Provisional Shortlisted Candidates are advised to register as APPRENTICE in the Apprenticeship Portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and they should bring User Id and Password copy at the time of reporting for training.
• Candidates who have not obtained the final semester marks card are not eligible to join for training. The percentage of marks is calculated based on all the semester marks and in case of discrepancy in the percentage, candidature will be disqualified.
• Short listed candidates must produce the following original documents for Verification at the time of reporting
  • 10th/SSLC or equivalent mark sheet.
  • Certificate of proof for reservation category (SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Service).
  • All Semester marks card, Degree/Diploma Certificate or Provisional
  • Degree/Diploma Certificate and Proof of percentage of marks scored.
  • Proof of Converting from CGPA to Percentage copy from College/University.
  • Valid Aadhar card (Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format).
  • Pass book photo copy of candidate’s bank account (only of State Bank of India)
  • Latest 3 stamp size and 3 passport size photographs.

• 2 sets of photo copies of all the above documents should be submitted with self attestation at the time of verification.
• Short listed candidates may download the formats of Medical and Police verification form (attached format) candidates can report for training after obtaining Medical Fitness Certificate and Police Clearance Certificate.
• Certificate of Medical fitness by a Government Medical officer not below the Rank of an Assistant Surgeon (Gazette) to be produced at the time of joining.
• Police Clearance Certificate from the office of Commissioner/ Superintendent of Police only (Note: Round seal should be affixed on the photo). To be submitted at the time of joining, without police clearance certificate candidate will not be admitted for training.
• Candidates are required to come in the uniform (02) sets as detailed below at their own cost at the time of joining for training:
  a) Male: (02) white shirts with half sleeves, (02) Medium grey trousers with black belt and a pair of formal black shoes.
  b) Female: (02) sets of Medium gray kurta and white Dhoti with white duppatta and a pair of formal black shoes.
• Candidates have to make his-her own arrangements for accommodation and for travelling for the engagement process and during Apprenticeship training period, no accommodation and travelling allowance will be paid by the company.
• Subsidized Canteen facility is available to provide breakfast and lunch to the trainees during working hours.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants who are called for the joining process.
• During one year Apprentice training, the trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs.9000/- for Graduate & Rs.8000/- for Diploma per month respectively as per the Apprenticeship Act.
• The shortlisted candidates must execute a Contract for the period of training of One Year as per the Apprenticeship Act.
• After completion of training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
• Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of selection process.
• Candidates have to produce fully vaccinated “Covid -19” medical certificate at the time of reporting for training.
• Candidates should report for training with face mask and carry sanitizer.
• Candidates are advised to download Aarogya Setu app in mobile.
• Shortlisted Candidates should report to Technical Training Institute for Training on any one of the following dates:

25-04-2022
02-05-2022 and
09-05-2022

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

• Candidates completed 3 years from the Date of Passing (as per Degree/Diploma Certificate or Provisional Degree/Diploma Certificate) are not eligible for Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprenticeship Act and need not report for document verification.
• Short listed candidates are required to send the confirmation for Apprenticeship training in the attached format on or before 15-04-2022 to Email Id
