Eligible :
Candidates should possess educational qualification as indicated in the above Table-3 & 3A from recognized Institute.
Candidate should have Physical fitness as per the Mines Rules 1955.
The minimum age on last date of filling application, should be 18 years for candidates of all categories.
The maximum age on last date of filling application should be 25 years for candidates of General Category. Maximum Age Limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates belonging to scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and 3 years for Other Backward Class.
Candidate should fulfill all provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961.
Candidates should have an Aadhar Card.
Candidates should have a valid Aadhar seeded Saving Bank Account number with the same details as mentioned in their educational certificate.
Candidates should have domicile certificate.
Candidates should have registered at the apprenticeship training portal.

A. Candidate should have registered first at the official portal of Trade Apprenticeship. Details of Candidate should be available at the portal www.apprenticeship india org. Candidate’s apprenticeship registration number is mandatory before filling on line application form at WCL and the profile status should be hundred percent filled. b. Candidates should apply through official website (www.westerncoal.in) of Western Coalfields Limited for the establishment in which he/she would like to apply. Before filling on line application forms, candidate should have read thoroughly and carefully the Notification and prepare with the recent colored Photograph of passport size and signature in jpg format only. C Candidates can apply in any one Establishment and for one trade only. d. Applications shall not be accepted in any other mode except online application at official web portal of WCL. Please note all details entered in the portal should be same as per the entry in the certificates as well as in the apprenticeship portal e.g. Name, Father’s name, Aadhar Card number and details therein as per the certificate only. There should be no mismatch in details. Establishment is not responsible for any circumstance arising in apprenticeship portal.
