ITI Pass Apprentice Eligibility

| Academic Qualification | 10th exam pass Regular from state/CBSE/ICSE board with 60% and 12th Passed for COPA/PASSA Trade Only |
| Technical Qualification-1 | Passed ITI/NTC (National Trade Certificate exam) from any ITI in India with 60% marks in specified trades (SCVT & NCVT both). |
| Required Trades | Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Painter General, Turner, Welder, Mechanic Diesel Engine, COPA/PASSA. |
| ITI Backlog Criteria. | ITI backlogs in not considered for apprentice recruitment. |
| Apprentice ट्रेनिंगअवधि | Apprentice ट्रनिंग अवधि एक वर्ष होगी । कम्पनी द्वारा Apprentice ट्रेनिंग प्रमाणपत्र भी प्रदान किया जायेगा। |
| चयन प्रक्रिया | चयन प्रकिया & प्रोफाइल स्कीनिंग, साक्षात्कार, मेडिकल परीक्षण, डाक्युमेंट वैरिफिकेशन के आधार पर किया जायेगा। |
| Apprenticeट्रेनिंग मानदेय (स्टाईपेण्ड) | चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को 12245.35/- रूपये प्रतिमाह का आकर्षक मानदेय(स्टाईपेण्ड) एंव कम्पनी द्वारा प्रदत्त अन्य सुविधाये जैसे कैन्टीन, ट्रांसपोर्ट(प्लाण्ट से लखनऊ शहर तक आने –जाने हेतु) इत्यादि भी प्रदान किया जायेगा। |
| स्कीम एवं पात्रता | 1)आवेदक ने कम्पनी में पहले किसी भी रूप में ट्रेनिंग @कार्य ना किया होs @ u ही पहले किसी भी रूप में चयनित हुआ होs @ और पिछले 90 दिनों के अंदर कम्पनी की किसी भी चयन प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित न हुआ हो। |

>>Education Criteria (SSC/10th Criteria):
- 1. 10th Regular Passed
- 2. 10th Board should be State Board/CBSE/ICSE Board only.
- 3. 10th Year of passing should be 2023 (1st attempt passed only).
- 4. 10th Minimum overall % marks is 70% for General/OBC category.
- 5. 10th Minimum overall % marks is 60% for SC/ST category.
- 6. Marks in math & science should be 70% separately for all categories.
- 7. 10th with general math is not allowed.
>>Selection Process:-
1. Merit of SSC (10th) fulfilling above stated criteria >> Medical Test >> Document Verification >> Onboarding.
Benefits & Facilities:-
- 1. Stipend will be paid per month:- 1st Year Rs 8000/- And 2nd Year Rs 9000/-
- 2. Canteen & Transport facilities as per prevailing company role.
