RRC SER Railway Apprentice 2023: RRC SER Kolkata की ओर से ITI Pass Candidate के लिए 1785 Posts पर Apprentice february 2023 में निकली थी जिसका Document Verification होने के बाद 18-08-2023 को Joining Merit list जारी कर दिया गया था | RRC SER Kolkata की ओर से ITI Pass Candidates का Joining का Call letter आना शुरू हुआ है | कई Division का तो Joining हो भी गया है | RRC SER Kolkata के Kharagpur Workshop का Joining Letter भी आया हुआ है |

RRC SER Apprentice Joining Instruction 2023

• You have been provisionally selected for engagement as Trainee/Act.
• Apprentice under Apprenticeship Act.1961 and you will be engaged at Kharagpur Division for undergoing training as per extant procedure.
• After engagement you will have to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the said Apprenticeship Act.
• 1961 as amended from time to time. On line registration is mandatory for engagement of Act Apprentice on the portal of apprenticeship.
• The apprenticeship portal is https//:actapprenticeshipindia.org.
• At the time of reporting for joining you should bring the registration no.

Railway Apprentice Online Registration 2023

• The steps for online registration is appended below:
  • Go to https//actapprenticeshipindia.org.
  • Complete (i) Candidate Registration, (ii) Apprentice Activation, (iii) Apprentice Profile, (iv) Apply for Apprenticeship under lab Apprentices.
  • Search for the Establishment Name: Kharagpur Division, Region: RDSDE/Kolkata, State: West Bengal, District: Paschim Medinipur. :
  • Registration No of Kharagpur Division is E08181900073, Establishment Code: E07181900005.
  • Apply for the relevant trade.

SER Kolkata Apprentice Joining Update 2023

• Your engagement as Apprentice is subject to passing the required Medical Examination for which you have to deposit Rs.24/- towards the Medical Examination Fee at Divisional Cash Office/KGP.
• You will be required to execute the statutory Apprenticeship contract/necessary Bond before engagement as Apprentice.
• You will be held responsible for the charge and care of the Government money, goods and stores and all other property that may be entrusted to you.
• No facilities of Boarding and Lodging are available.
• You are required to bring all certificates in original i.e. Academic, Technical & Caste certificates and Nationalised Bank Pass Book, Cancelled cheque, PAN card & Aadhaar card along with photocopy in duplicate duly self-attested.
• You have to submit 02 different Character certificates in the prescribed pro-forma from two different Gazetted Officers (Central/State Govt.).
• You have to bring four (04) copies recent Pass port size Photographs for engagement.
• No Travelling or other allowances will be granted for your journey.
• During training period you are entitled to get stipend as per prescribed rates amended from time to time. The stipend shall be drawn through your Nationalised Bank Account only.
• The Railway administration reserves the right to discharge you during training due to indiscipline on any activities unbecoming of a trainee.
• The selected candidate will required to attend the respective place of training as per the timing fixed by the administration/RDSDE.
• Selected candidate will be liable to summarily dismissed at any stage without notice if it is found that they have furnished wrong or false or incorrect information or documents or certificate in support of thei candidature.
