RRC SER Kolkata Apprentice DV Documents Required 2025

1. The printout of the filled in Application made online.
2. Original certificate regarding your Date of Birth.
3. Ofiginal certificate of Matriculation along with the statement of marks.
4. Orfiginal valid certificate of having passed the ITI (in the trade in which Apprenticeship training is to be done).
5. Original certificate in proper format as given in the Notification mentioning your community: OBC/SC/ST.
6. Original certificate in proper format as given in the Notification in case you are a Person With Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) conforming to the types as mentioned in the Notification.
7. Original certificate in proof of being an Ex-Serviceman (ESM) in case you are an ESM.
8. One set of self attested copies of all the above-mentioned documents/ certificates/ testimonials.
9. Three recent passport sized photographs as provided/uploaded in the online application.
10. Medical Fitness Certificate signed by Government authorized Doctor (Gaz), not below the rank of Asstt. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital as per the prescribed Medical Proforma attached with the Call Letter.

• Selection will be based on Merit
• The Merit list will be based on 10th Percentage
• There will be no examination of any kind for selection

Provisional Shortlisted candidates against Notification No. SER/ P-HQ/RRC/PERS/Act Apprentices/2024-25 dated 28/11/2025 for engagement of Act Apprentices over South Eastern Railway

• The online notification was published calling for applications from candidates with Matriculation and ITI in the relevant trades for engagement of Act Apprentices over this Railway. Based on the online applications received and subsequent Document Verification, the list of provisional shortlisted candidates for undergoing training at Railways/Units/Workshop is enclosed.
• The list is purely provisional subject to production of credentials before undergoing training.
• The candidates may contact the concerned Division/Workshop for which they have been shortlisted for future course of action.
