NOTICE TO THE CANDIDATES WHO HAD APPLIED FOR ONLINE ACT APPRENTICESHIP NOTIFICATION 2024-25 ISSUED BY RRC/SC

• Online Applications are invited from the candidates residing in districts coming under South Central Railway Jurisdiction only & fulfilling the prescribed conditions stipulated in this notification for engagement of 4232 apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1962.
• Please read all the instructions in this notification carefully and ensure that you are eligible to apply before filling the Online application form available on the RRC/SC webpage of South Central Railway website www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in
• For registration Candidates should belong to States/districts mentioned in Para 1.0 with proof of residence, valid Aadhar Number, E-mail ID and Mobile number which has to be maintained till the completion of Engagement process for receiving information/Alerts.
• In case the Candidates do not have a VALID personal e-mail ID and mobile number he/she should create his / her e-mail ID and obtain Mobile Number before applying online application and must maintain that e-mail ID/Mobile Number till the end of Engagement process.

• The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board and also possess ITI Certificate in the trade notfied from the institutes recognised by NCVT/SCVT.
• The Candidate should possess the required qualification as on date of submitting online application.
• ITI Certificates issued by Institutes affiliated to NCVT/SCVT are compulsory in the relevant trades as under

• Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for apprenticeship in response to this notification as they are governed by a separate scheme of apprenticeship.

NOTICE TO THE CANDIDATES WHO HAD APPLIED FOR ONLINE ACT APPRENTICESHIP NOTIFICATION 2024-25 ISSUED BY RRC/SC

• Vide online notification No. SCR/P-HQ/RRC/111/Act. App/2024-25 dated 27.12.2024 issued by RRC/SC, the list of 5041 candidates (4023 Main + 1018 Standby) provisionally shortlisted for document verification is enclosed herewith as Annexure-l.
• Document Verification will be held on 28th, 29th, 30th, April 2025 and 01st, 02nd of May 2025 (05 days), at Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Guntakal, Nanded.
• The Trade-wise & Community-wise, minimum cut-off marks shortlisted candidates is enclosed as Annexure-II.
• The details of venue and time of Document verification will be intimated in the e-call, which will be made available for downloading 03 days before the date of DV.
• All the candidates are required to produce the following original certificates/documents, along with two sets of self attested photo copies in support of your candidature.

SCR Apprentice 2025 Documents for DV

• i) SSS/10th certificate with marks memorandum.
• ii) Relevant ITI trade certificate along with marks memorandum.
• iii) Community certificate if candidate belongs of SC/ST/OBC/EWS community.
• iv) Candidates belonging to OBC community (non-creamy layer) should produce original community certificate in the prescribed format which should not be older than three years.
• v) Physically handicapped certificate duly issued by the competent medical board as per rules for Persons With Disabilities.
• vi) Candidates seeking reservation under ex-serviceman should produce original service certificate/ discharge certificate.
• vii) Medical certificate in the format enclosed with the call letter at the DV venue. If he/she fails to submit the same, their candidature will be rejected.
• viii) Two recent pass port size color photographs.
• ix) Candidate has to register in RDAT portal and provide registration no. with a copy of the same on the day of DV and candidate has to complete his profile details on “NPAS” portal of RDAT site. Failing which candidature cannot be considered.
