RFCL Recruitment Salary 2024
- Minimum Basic Pay in pay scale of Rs.21500-52000/-. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance.
- Selected candidates will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances /benefits such as Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance & other welfare schemes etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time. Benefit of Performance Related Pay & Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme shall also be extended as and when applicable as per rules of the Company.
RFCL Recruitment Application Fee 2024
- Non – refundable Application Fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) plus Bank Charges as applicable are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates.
- SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental candidates are not required to pay any Application Fee.
RFCL Recruitment Selection Process 2024
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Skill Test
- Final selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of the marks obtained in computer based test. In case, Skill (Trade) Test is also conducted, final selection shall be based on performance in Computer Based Test and Skill (Trade) Test. Candidates would be empaneled Discipline-wise/Category- wise in order of merit for issuing offer of appointment.
