🎓 Eligibility (पात्रता)
Essential Qualification
- AOCP Trade या उसकी Feeder Trades के Ex-Apprentices: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Ordnance Factories से अथवा Government affiliation प्राप्त Government/Private Organisation ITI से Apprenticeship करने वाले Candidates पात्र होंगे
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST Candidates: 05 वर्ष (केवल SC/ST हेतु Reserved Post पर)
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 03 वर्ष (केवल OBC हेतु Reserved Post पर)
- Ex-Serviceman: Military Service की अवधि + 03 वर्ष

- OBC/Ex-SM Candidates के लिए Appendix-I/Appendix-II Declaration
- SC/ST Candidates हेतु TA Claim के लिए Bank Details (Cancelled Cheque/Passbook Copy)
- सभी Documents की Self-Attested Copies
- Self-Attested Photograph की 02 Copies
🧪 Selection Process
- Selection NCTVT (NAC) Exam व Trade Test/Practical Test में प्राप्त Marks के आधार पर, Merit Order में होगा
- Weightage: NCTVT (NAC) Exam – 80%, Trade Test/Practical Test – 20%
- Qualify करने वाले Candidates को Merit Order में Notified Posts (Discipline/Category-wise) की संख्या तक Document Verification हेतु बुलाया जाएगा
- Tie होने की स्थिति में प्राथमिकता: (i) NAC में अधिक Marks (ii) OFDR के Ex-Trade Apprentice (iii) Date of Birth के आधार पर वरिष्ठ Candidate
⚙️ Job Profile व अन्य शर्तें
- कार्य: Military Explosives व Ammunitions का Manufacturing, Handling व Disposal
- Selection के बाद Safe Handling, Safety Norms व Do’s-Don’ts पर 01 माह की Compulsory In-house Training, फिर 02 माह की On-Job Training
- Engagement प्रारंभ में 01 वर्ष हेतु, Performance के आधार पर अधिकतम 4 वर्ष तक Extendable
- Tenure based Engagement से Regular Employee का दर्जा प्राप्त होने का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलता
- EPF, Employee’s Compensation Act 1923, व लागू Bonus Act 1965 के अंतर्गत Coverage
