Job Profile and Responsibilities
A. Contractual Assistant Fitter:
a) Preventive, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance jobs of complete package of Gas engine driven reciprocating gas compressor packages installed at various installations.
b) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Motor driven Screw air compressors.
c) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Diesel driven air compressors.
d) Good knowledge about spares/parts/fitting requirements in the maintenance jobs in Gas engine
driven reciprocating gas compressor packages.
e) Good knowledge about spares/parts/fitting requirements in the maintenance jobs in Motor/Diesel Engine driven Screw air compressors.
f) Good knowledge to ensure adherence to company policies, HSE procedures, and relevant regulations during job execution inside the OIL’s Installations for Man and Equipment safety.
B. Contractual Assistant Diesel Mechanic:
a) Preventive, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance jobs of complete package of Gas engine driven reciprocating gas compressor packages installed at various installations.
b) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Motor driven Screw air compressors.
c) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Diesel driven air compressors.

e) Good knowledge about spares/parts/fitting requirements in the maintenance jobs in Motor/Diesel Engine driven Screw air compressors.

C. Contractual Mechanical Supervisor:

c) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Diesel driven air compressors.

e) Good knowledge about spares/parts/fitting requirements in the maintenance jobs in Motor/Diesel
Engine driven Screw air compressors.
f) Oversee daily tasks, create schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of Maintenance related jobs.
g) Prepare reports, track progress, and provide updates to OIL representatives on daily basis.
h) Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE procedures, and relevant regulations.
i) Serve as a liaison between contract employees and OIL representatives relaying information and ensuring effective communication.
