• Candidates to ensure that all original documents in support of his/her claim of eligibility and candidates must bring medical fitness certificate at the time of document verification in the prescribed format as per Apprentice Act, 1961 and para 4 of Apprenticeship rules, 1992(as amended from time to time). The medical certificate should be signed by Government authorised doctor(Gazatted), not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital. Performa of Medical Fitness Certificate may be downloaded from the link given with E-Admit Card. It is mandatory to produce this certificate before the DV committee. No request for extending the time period for producing the same shall be accepted.

• E-Admit Card is Valid only with any one of the following Photo ID Card i.e. Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN Card, AadhaarCard.

• E-Admit Card is only for consideration for engagement as Act Apprentice under Apprentice Act 1961 for imparting training only. It will not confer any right of engagement or absorption or appointment in Rly. Candidate must attend the DV as per the schedule failing which no second chance will be given
• Candidate has to write declaration as given below in his/her own running handwritting either in Hindi or English and to put Signature and Thumb Impression in the space given below in the presence of DV Committee Member/Nominated person in the same manner and language given in the ONLINE application.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES-

DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION FOR TRAINING OF ACT APPRENTICE- 2021-22.

This is to inform that the document Verification (DV) for engagement of Act Apprentice for training in designated units of Northern Railway (in terms of Act Apprentice Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992) against Notification No. RRC/NR-01/2021/Act Apprentice is scheduled to be held on and from 17.01.2022 to 22.01.2022 at various places as per the schedule finalized by RRC.

The E-admit Card of Documents Verification can be downloaded by the candidates from 31.01.2021. Eligible candidates are requested to download E-admit card for Documents Verification from the link provided on RRC-NR website.

The candidates are instructed to attend the DV on allotted day and session as mentioned in the E- admit card, along with their original documents.

The detailed instruction as indicated in the Notification No. RRC/NR-01/2021/Act Apprentice should be followed scrupulously, otherwise the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled and no appeal would be considered.

The candidates will not be allowed to enter for Verification of Documents without producing DV call letter in original. This call letter is not transferable.
Proof of Technical Qualification (ITI): Semester-wise/year wise and consolidated mark sheets of ITl issued by NCVT/SCVT. Final ITI certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.

Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC(NCL) certificate by reserved candidates in the prescribed format issued by Competent Authority (available on website www.rrcnr.org). The OBC candidates must produce Caste certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid for the current year 2021-22 in Central Government Format issued on or after 01/04/2021 by appropriate authority.

Certificate mentioning the date of publication of result from the Principal of the Institute from where the candidates pursue his/her Class Xth /ITI if applicable.
