A printed copy of the online application form
High School Marks Sheet in original and a photocopy thereof.
ITI Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof
Medical fitness Certificate issued by an Authorised Government Medical Officer in the format published on NE Railway ‘s Website
A valid photo ID Card in original and a photocopy thereof.
Two recent coloured photographs
Apart from the above, following certificates must be brought for various reservation categories.
Caste Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof.
PwBD Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof
Service Certificate/Ward certificate of Ex-servicemen/Armed Forces in original and a photocopy thereof.
NER Gorakhpur Apprentice Important Notice 2024
Following candidates have been called for Document Verification, found eligible on the basis of the details furnished in the online application form
Candidates should report at the Main Gate of the PCPO’s Office, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur on scheduled date and time. Candidates reporting late will not be entertained.
Candidates failing to report on the scheduled date and time will not be allowed to appear in the Document Verification. However, candidates unable to report on the scheduled date due to some unavoidable circumstances (which were beyond their control) may report on 07.10.2024 at 10:00 AM for Document Verification. Such candidates will have to submit undeniable proof for the same. Being satisfied with the proofs submitted by the candidate, he/she may be allowed for the Document Verification. The decision of Chairman, Railway Recruitment Cell shall be final and binding in this regard.
