NCVT New Guidelines 2022, ITI CBT Exam New Guidelines

ITI NCVT Conducted Special CBT Exam for left over candidates. DGT Release new guidelines about special CBT Exam of 25 April to 17 May 2022. You all are advised to read all Guidelines of NCVT Special CBT Exam.

Instructions to the CBT exam agency (NSEIT) to handle the exceptional situation in the CBT exam starting on 25th April 2022:

Objective of this special CBT exam is to provide a chance to all the leftover students those who are unable to attend the regular exam in the past, due to some issues faced  reg covid situation, cbt exam fee, eligibility, late trainee approval etc., Hence all the eligible students available in the list shared by DGT should be allowed for the exam.

Normally, all the students should have portal generated hall ticket, ID card with photo, Aadhar card /driving license /passport etc. At the same time –  name, fathername, DOB and photo should be verified properly with the above authenticated document(s).

Worst/Exceptional case Situation Handling:

1. If the student reaches the exam centre late upto 45 min due to some unavoidable situation should also be allowed with an undertaking, but no extension of time will be given  except if it is a special child.

2. If ID card attested by the principal of the institute is not produced means other govt recognised ID card can also be considered to allow for the exam.

3. Due to some issue, if the hallticket is unable to show by the student in the exam centre then also they can be allowed  for exam with proper identity, if his /her name is available in the centre mapping list. Get a declaration from them that admission to the exam is provisional subject to the verification of the details (tag that cases)

4. If there is a server issue, time to the students should be compensated accordingly.

5. If the exam is cancelled due to unavoidable situation/ by the state controller of exam due to some valid reason, then that exam can be rescheduled to another date suggested by the state  and all such candidates to be informed through phone /SMS properly. Advice of Joint Director, TT cell, DGT May be obtained.

6. Proper power backup /network connectivity to be ensured.

7. All computers /Tab should be in working condition and CCTV recording should be kept properly.

8. Any other technical issue, it should managed effectively without affecting the students time.

9. No one should be allowed in the exam centre other than state  / DGT officials on observers duty.

10. Rough paper can be given to the students for W.Sc exam and no mobile /programmable calculators /smart watch or any electronic gadgets lead to misuse the exam.

NSEIT should function under the guidance of State controller of Exams and Regional Directors of RDSDEs in the states to handle the situation, if any issue arises.
