SUPT(JOT) और Gr. II/III में क्या अंतर है?
SUPT(JOT) = Fresh ITI pass candidates के लिए। पहले 12 माह SUPT Training (₹12,000/month), फिर 18 माह JOT Training (₹15,000–15,500/month), फिर Regular TO Grade Absorption। Gr. II/III = जिनके पास 2 साल का experience है, वे directly experience posts के लिए apply करें।
NALCO SUPT(JOT) के लिए age limit क्या है?
SUPT(JOT) posts के लिए maximum age 28 साल है। Experience posts (Gr. II/III) के लिए 35 साल। SC/ST को 5 साल, OBC को 3 साल की छूट।
Electrician ITI वाले कौन-से posts के लिए apply कर सकते हैं?
SUPT(JOT)-Operator, SUPT(JOT)-Fitter, SUPT(JOT)-Electrical, Operator Gr. III, Technician (Electrical) Gr. II – इन सभी posts के लिए ITI Electrician candidates eligible हैं।
NALCO job permanent है?
हाँ। Training पूरी होने और performance criteria meet करने पर TO Grade में Regular Employment में Absorption होगा। यह Contract नहीं, Regular Government PSU Job है।
