MSDE Official letter out 2024: Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Apprenticeship Training Division की ओर से एक बड़ा फैसला ITI छात्रो के हित में लिया गया है | MSDE ने ITI Passed candidates जिन्होंने एक साल का Apprentice किया हुआ है उस Apprentice Training को 1 Year का experience माना जायेगा | MSDE के इस official letter पर दी जानकारी निचे दी गई है | सभी Apprentice candidates इस letter को print कर लें ताकि अगर किसी company में या किसी संस्था में Apprentice के बाद Job के लिए जायेंगे तो उन्हें दिखा सके की Apprentice को एक साल का अनुभव मन जाए |

Consideration of duration of apprenticeship training undergone by ITI passed candidates and having National Apprenticeship Certificate in designated trade as work experience regarding

ITI Pass उम्मीदवारों द्वारा Apprentice Training की अवधि और निर्दिष्ट ट्रेड में National Apprentice Certificate को कार्य अनुभव के रूप में रखने पर विचार

• Sir/Madam, I am directed to invite your kind attention on the subject mentioned above and to say that successfully completed students from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and possessing National Trade Certificate (NTC) undergo apprenticeship training in an establishment as an apprentice in a relevant designated trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961 notified with the approval of Central Apprenticeship Council (CAC). These apprentices while undergoing apprenticeship training in real working conditions are also exposed to work on various machines and equipment including industry-specific advanced machines and equipment and to the Industry-specific best practices.
• महोदय/महोदया, मुझे उपर्युक्त विषय पर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करने और यह कहने का निर्देश दिया गया है कि औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (आईटीआई) से सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण और राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाणपत्र (एनटीसी) रखने वाले छात्र एक प्रतिष्ठान में प्रशिक्षु के रूप में प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण लेते हैं। केंद्रीय प्रशिक्षुता परिषद (सीएसी) के अनुमोदन से प्रशिक्षु अधिनियम, 1961 के तहत प्रासंगिक नामित व्यापार अधिसूचित किया गया। वास्तविक कामकाजी परिस्थितियों में प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण के दौरान इन प्रशिक्षुओं को उद्योग-विशिष्ट उन्नत मशीनों और उपकरणों सहित विभिन्न मशीनों और उपकरणों पर काम करने और उद्योग-विशिष्ट सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं से भी अवगत कराया जाता है।

• Considering the above, and also on requests received on various occasions, the Ministry has decided that apprenticeship training of one year and above may be considered as work experience of one year in regard to those apprentices with ITI qualification under Schedule-1 of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, who possess National Apprenticeship Certificate for employment under Central/ State departments/establishments.
• उपरोक्त को ध्यान में रखते हुए, और विभिन्न अवसरों पर प्राप्त अनुरोधों पर, मंत्रालय ने निर्णय लिया है कि प्रशिक्षुता नियमावली 1992 की अनुसूची-1 के तहत आईटीआई योग्यता वाले प्रशिक्षुओं के संबंध में एक वर्ष और उससे अधिक के प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण को एक वर्ष के कार्य अनुभव के रूप में माना जा सकता है। जिनके पास केंद्रीय/राज्य विभागों/प्रतिष्ठानों के तहत रोजगार के लिए राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षुता प्रमाणपत्र है।
• You are, therefore, requested to implement the decision and amend/incorporate suitably in the recruitment rules for such posts so that the ITI qualified candidates possessing NAC whose duration of apprenticeship training as stated above are considered as experience while applying for job opportunities in different Central/State/departments/establishments, Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) / Central Public Sector Undertakings, State Public Sector Undertakings, etc.
• इसलिए, आपसे निर्णय को लागू करने और ऐसे पदों के लिए भर्ती नियमों में उपयुक्त संशोधन/शामिल करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है ताकि एनएसी रखने वाले आईटीआई योग्य उम्मीदवार जिनकी ऊपर बताई गई प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण की अवधि को विभिन्न केंद्रीय नौकरियों में नौकरी के अवसरों के लिए आवेदन करते समय अनुभव के रूप में माना जाए। /राज्य/विभाग/प्रतिष्ठान, केंद्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र उद्यम (सीपीएसई) / केंद्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र उपक्रम, राज्य सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र उपक्रम, आदि।

• It is also informed that:
  • The decision is applicable prospectively from the date of issue of this order.
  • In the case of school pass-outs (fresher apprentices) who have completed their apprenticeship training in a designated trade and possess NAC, the duration of such apprenticeship training will be considered as training only as they do not possess any prior skill/technical training from any recognized institutes before undergoing such apprenticeship training in a designated trade.

• यह भी सूचित किया जाता है कि:
  • यह निर्णय इस आदेश के जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभावी रूप से लागू होगा।
  • स्कूल पास-आउट (नए प्रशिक्षुओं) के मामले में, जिन्होंने एक निर्दिष्ट ट्रेड में अपना प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर लिया है और एनएसी रखते हैं, ऐसे प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण की अवधि को केवल प्रशिक्षण के रूप में माना जाएगा क्योंकि उनके पास कोई पूर्व कौशल/तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण नहीं है। निर्दिष्ट ट्रेड में इस तरह के प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण से गुजरने से पहले किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान।
