- 5-20 years in design for Steel, Iron, Alumina, Zinc, Copper, or similar projects.
| Civil & Structural Design | Expertise in designing heavy industrial steel and RCC structures. ANSYS/Nastran knowledge is a plus |
| Mechanical & Process Design | Design expertise for DRI, Coke Ovens, Rolling Mills, Sinters, Pellets, Blast Furnaces, and Acid/Fertilizer Plants |
| Utilities & Piping Design | Skilled in process engineering for fuel, steam, water, and wastewater systems. Proficient in PFD, P&ID, and piping stress analysis |
| Equipment & Material Handling Design | Experience in calculations for drive/component sizing for Stacker Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers. Conveyors, and more. FEA (Nastran/ANSYS) is a plus. |
| Electrical & Instrumentation Design | Expertise in Power Distribution system, Load calculations. Developing loop diagrams with knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA systems |
| Construction Method Planning Cell (CMPC) | Experience in RCC Precast, Steel structural design, erection engineering and geotechnical solutions for heavy structures. |
