Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), West Zone, Mumbai ने Apprenticeship Act के तहत Apprentice Trainees के Engagement हेतु Notification जारी किया है। इसमें Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) सहित 4 अलग-अलग Post के कुल 27 पद हैं। Training Mumbai या IRCTC West Zone के Regional Offices/Units में होगी और अवधि 12 महीने की होगी।

सभी Post की Training अवधि 12 महीने है।
4. Age Limit
आयु सीमा 15 वर्ष (पूर्ण) से 25 वर्ष तक है। Reservation Categories को इस प्रकार छूट मिलेगी: SC/ST को 5 वर्ष, OBC को 3 वर्ष, Ex-Servicemen को 10 वर्ष*, PwBD को 10 वर्ष।
*Ex-Servicemen को Defence Forces में की गई Service के बराबर, अधिकतम 10 वर्ष तक अतिरिक्त छूट मिलेगी, साथ में 3 वर्ष और — बशर्ते उन्होंने लगातार कम से कम 6 महीने की Service की हो। जो Ex-Servicemen अपना Ex-Servicemen Status इस्तेमाल करके पहले ही किसी Civil Govt. Service में जा चुके हैं, उन्हें यह छूट नहीं मिलेगी। इसके अलावा Ex-Servicemen, उनके बच्चे व Armed Forces Personnel के बच्चे (मृत/दिव्यांग Ex-Servicemen के बच्चे, Ex-Servicemen के बच्चे, Serving Jawans के बच्चे, Serving Officers के बच्चे, व स्वयं Ex-Servicemen) भी इस Category में Apprenticeship हेतु Eligible होंगे।
5. Essential Qualification
Applicants को 30 सितंबर 2026 तक अपने Post के सामने बताई गई Qualification Pass या Pursuing करनी चाहिए। इसके साथ ही सभी Candidates के लिए एक Common Shart है: Matriculation Exam में किसी Recognized Board से न्यूनतम 50% Aggregate Marks होने ज़रूरी हैं।
6. Reservation
SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Serviceman Candidates के लिए भारत सरकार के Guidelines, लागू Age Relaxation के साथ, Follow किए जाएंगे। Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) के लिए भी भारत सरकार के Guidelines लागू होंगे। EWS Quota Claim करने वाले Applicants को अपना EWS Certificate जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
7. Selection Process
- Selection, Matriculation Exam में मिले Percentage Marks के आधार पर बनी Merit List से होगा। Grading System होने पर Highest व Lowest Marks का Average लिया जाएगा
- बराबर Marks होने पर ज़्यादा उम्र वाले Candidate को Preference मिलेगी; Date of Birth भी बराबर हो तो जिसने Matriculation पहले Pass की हो उसे Priority मिलेगी
- कोई Written Test या Interview/Viva नहीं होगा
- Final Selection Original Testimonials के Verification पर निर्भर करेगा
- Stand-by List वालों को Offer सिर्फ Merit List में से Absentees/Rejected Candidates की जानकारी मिलने पर दिया जाएगा
- Offers सख्ती से Merit के क्रम में ही जारी होंगे
- Shortlisted Candidates को कम समय के Notice पर भी Document/Certificate Verification के लिए संबंधित Office रिपोर्ट करने हेतु तैयार रहना होगा
8. Training Period व Stipend
Training अवधि हर Post के सामने बताए अनुसार 1 वर्ष है। चयनित Apprentices को Apprenticeship Act द्वारा तय दरों के अनुसार मासिक Stipend मिलेगा (सटीक राशि Post/Trade के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है)।
9. Documents
Online Application में नीचे दिए Documents की स्पष्ट, Self-Attested Scanned Copy अपलोड करनी होगी:
- 10वीं की Mark Sheet व ITI की Mark Sheet
- जिन Posts की Eligibility Graduation पर आधारित है, वहां Graduation Degree व Mark Sheet
- Date of Birth का प्रमाण (10वीं या समकक्ष Certificate/Mark Sheet, या School Leaving Certificate जिसमें DOB लिखा हो)
- Apply की गई Trade की सभी Semesters की Consolidated ITI Mark Sheet/Provisional National Trade Certificate
- NCVT/SCVT द्वारा जारी National Trade Certificate या Provisional National Trade Certificate
- SC/ST/OBC Applicants के लिए Caste Certificate
- PwBD Applicants के लिए Disability Certificate
- Ex-Servicemen Quota के लिए Discharge Certificate/Serving Certificate
- Colour Photograph (Size 3.5cm × 4.5cm), Application की तारीख से 3 महीने से पुरानी नहीं, बिना Cap/Sunglasses के, चेहरा साफ दिखता हुआ — Hard Copy में भी रखें (2 अतिरिक्त Copies Document Verification के दिन लाएं)
10. Important Instructions
- Application में नाम, पिता का नाम व Date of Birth बिल्कुल वैसे ही होने चाहिए जैसे Matriculation या समकक्ष Certificate में दर्ज हैं; Document Verification में अंतर पाए जाने पर Candidature रद्द होने के साथ Debar भी किया जा सकता है
- Applicants को apprenticeshipindia.gov.in Portal पर की गई Registration की जानकारी देनी होगी
- Selection होने पर Original Testimonials के साथ Document/Certificate Verification के लिए रिपोर्ट करना अनिवार्य है
- Eligibility, Application Accept/Reject व Selection से जुड़े सभी मामलों में IRCTC का निर्णय अंतिम होगा
- Engagement के लिए किसी भी तरह की Correspondence स्वीकार नहीं होगी
- किसी भी तरह की Canvassing करने पर Candidature Disqualify होगा
- Selection के बाद Trade बदलने का Request स्वीकार नहीं होगा; Applicant को उसी Trade में Train किया जाएगा जिसमें उसका Selection हुआ है
- Training में Selected Applicant, अपने नियंत्रण से बाहर के कारण के अलावा, बीच में Training छोड़ नहीं सकता
