📋 Selection Process – कोई Written Test नहीं!
- No Written Test – Selection केवल Qualifying Exam के Marks % के आधार पर Merit List से
- ITI Fitter (Code 102): Pass class पर eligible; Merit पर selection
- Diploma/B.Sc candidates: Minimum 50% aggregate (SC/ST/PwBD: 45%)
- Tie breaking: Date of Birth (Senior = priority) → अगर same DOB तो Matric % देखेंगे
- First-time Apprenticeship candidates को Preference मिलेगी
- पिछले 5 साल में Qualification complete होनी चाहिए (as on 30-06-2026)
- 1 साल या उससे ज्यादा Job Experience वाले Diploma/Graduate eligible नहीं
✅ Completion of Apprenticeship IOCL में Regular Employment का Right नहीं देती – यह केवल Training है।

STEP-I: NAPS या NATS Portal पर Register करें
अपने Code के हिसाब से portal पर Register करें। Profile 100% सही update करें। फिर Paradip Refinery की Opportunity में Apply करें।

STEP-II: Microsoft Form भरें (अनिवार्य)
NAPS/NATS पर apply के बाद MS Form link पर जाकर details fill करें। Same Email ID और Mobile Number use करें।

⚠️ दोनों Steps – STEP-I (NAPS/NATS Apply) और STEP-II (MS Form) – पूरे करना अनिवार्य है। सिर्फ एक step complete करने पर application reject होगी। एक candidate केवल एक Trade के लिए apply कर सकता है।
⚠️ Key Eligibility Rules – ध्यान से पढ़ें
- Qualification 30-06-2026 तक Complete होनी चाहिए – Result Awaited candidates eligible नहीं
- 5 साल से पुरानी Qualification वाले eligible नहीं (as on 30-06-2026)
- Part-time/Correspondence/Distance mode candidates eligible नहीं
- BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, MCA जैसी Higher Qualification वाले eligible नहीं
- Engineering Graduate/Diploma holders जिनका 1 साल से ज्यादा job experience है – eligible नहीं
- पहले जो trade में Apprenticeship की, उसी trade में दोबारा नहीं कर सकते
- Completion के बाद IOCL में Employment का कोई Right नहीं
- Lateral Entry Diploma (XII या ITI से) वाले भी eligible – सभी semesters का aggregate % लेंगे
🎁 Benefits – Apprenticeship के दौरान
- Stipend – Apprentices Act 1961/1973 के अनुसार (Monthly)
- Codes 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107 वालों को Safety Shoes + Helmet (Returnable)
- General Leave: 32 days (8 days/quarter) | Casual Leave: 12 days/year
- Accident Insurance Coverage
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates को DV के लिए 2nd class Railway Fare reimbursement (30 km से ज्यादा की दूरी पर)
- No HRA या Company Accommodation
