Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division, Western Region ने Apprentices Act 1961 के तहत Technician, Graduate व Trade Apprentices (Technical व Non-Technical) के कुल 335 पदों पर Online आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। Training Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu व Dadra & Nagar Haveli की Locations पर होगी। अवधि 12 महीने की होगी।

हर State में 4 Discipline Groups हैं — Technician Apprentice (Diploma), Trade Apprentice (ITI), Graduate Apprentice व Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator। PwBD Reservation सिर्फ Graduate व DEO Group पर, दोनों को मिलाकर, Horizontal आधार पर लागू है।

4. PwBD Reservation

• PwBD Reservation सिर्फ Graduate Apprentice व Trade Apprentice-DEO (दोनों Fresher व Skill Certificate Holders) Discipline पर, Horizontal आधार पर लागू है
• Discipline Code 101 से 111 तक (Technician व ITI Trades) में PwBD Candidates Apply नहीं कर सकते
• 40% या उससे अधिक Disability वाले Candidates को ही PwBD Benefit मिलेगा; Disability Certificate Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules 2017 के अनुसार Competent Authority से लेना अनिवार्य है
• Eligible PwBD Categories: PV (Low Vision, Blind), PH (Hard of Hearing, Deaf), PL (Musculoskeletal/OH-OA/OL, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victim, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured), MD (ऊपर की Multiple Disabilities)। चूंकि IOCL एक Hazardous Industry है, इसलिए अन्य Disabilities वाले Candidates को शामिल नहीं किया गया है
• PwBD Candidates को NAPS/NATS Portal से ही Apply करना अनिवार्य है, वरना Candidature Consider नहीं होगी

6. कुछ ज़रूरी Eligibility Rules

• Qualification की Cut-off अवधि: Graduate व Technician के लिए Qualification 01.04.2023 से 30.09.2026 के बीच हासिल की हुई होनी चाहिए; Trade Apprentice (ITI/DEO) के लिए यह अवधि 01.04.2022 से 30.09.2026 है
• CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade होने पर उसकी Equivalent Percentage Online Application में बतानी होगी, और Document Verification के समय Institute से इसका Certificate भी देना होगा
• एक Candidate अधिकतम 2 बार Apprenticeship Training कर सकता है, और दूसरी Training उसी Trade में नहीं हो सकती। दो Training के बीच कम से कम 1 वर्ष का Gap ज़रूरी है (Employer की गलती से पहली Training खत्म होने पर यह शर्त लागू नहीं होगी)
• एक Candidate सिर्फ 1 ही Discipline Code के लिए Apply कर सकता है। एक से ज़्यादा Code पर Apply करने वाले Candidates की सभी Applications सीधे Reject हो जाएंगी
• B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB या समकक्ष उच्च योग्यता रखने वाले (या Joining से पहले पूरी करने वाले) Candidates Eligible नहीं हैं; Joining के समय इस बारे में Declaration देनी होगी
• Applicant को सिर्फ अपने Western Region वाले States/UT (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, MP, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli) में Notified Vacancies के विरुद्ध ही Apply करना है — इन States से बाहर कोई Training Location चुनने पर Application सीधे Reject होगी

आयु 18 से 24 वर्ष, Reckoning Date 30 सितंबर 2026 के अनुसार।

8. Selection Methodology

• NAPS/NATS Portal पर सफलतापूर्वक Register व Apply करने वाले Candidates ही Selection Process में शामिल होंगे — कोई Written Test या Interview नहीं होगा
• हर Post के लिए, Eligible Candidates की Merit List उनकी Essential Qualification में मिले Percentage of Marks के आधार पर बनेगी
• Shortlisted Candidates को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा, साथ ही उन्हें Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test भी Clear करना होगा
• Documents व Medical Fitness Certificate सही पाए जाने पर ही Apprenticeship Training का Offer of Engagement जारी होगा
• शुरुआती Shortlisting से न भरी गई Seats उसी Opportunity के Panel-cum-Merit List से भरी जाएंगी

Medical Fitness की तैयारी के लिए Apply करने से पहले iocl.com/apprenticeships पर दी गई “Guidelines and Criteria for Physical Fitness for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination” ज़रूर पढ़ लें।

9. Apply कैसे करें

1. अपनी Category के अनुसार सही Portal चुनें:
   • Trade Apprentice (ITI/DEO): apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
   • Technician Apprentice (Diploma) व Graduate Apprentice: nats.education.gov.in
2. User ID/Email ID से Login करें और IOCL (Marketing Division)-Western Region के Establishment ID से Apprenticeship Opening पर Apply करें:
   • NATS Establishment ID: WMHMCC000053
   • NAPS Establishment ID: E01172700332
3. Registration/Apply 05 अक्टूबर 2026 (सुबह 10:00 बजे) से 04 नवंबर 2026 (शाम 5:00 बजे) तक करना है
4. अपनी Profile 100% पूरी भरें (Personal, Educational, Category Details) — किसी Correction की ज़रूरत हो तो NAPS/NATS Office से संपर्क करें

10. Document Verification के लिए Documents

Merit के आधार पर Shortlisted Candidates को किसी IOCL Unit/Office में Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। नीचे दिए Documents की Original Copy, एक Self-Attested Copy के साथ, वहां ले जानी होगी:

• 10वीं/SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (DOB के प्रमाण के लिए — इसके अलावा कोई और Document DOB हेतु मान्य नहीं)
• Reserved Category के लिए Latest Caste Certificate, Govt. Format में, Competent Authority से जारी
• OBC-NCL Benefit के लिए Caste Certificate 30.09.2026 से 12 महीने से पुराना न हो, और Creamy Layer में न आने की पुष्टि करता हो
• Institute से यह बताता Certificate कि Course Regular Mode से किया गया है व Year of Passing भी बताए
• ITI (NCVET/SCVT)/HSC/Graduation/Diploma की Semester/Year-wise Mark Sheets
• Final ITI/HSC/Graduation/Diploma Certificate
• Aadhaar Seeded Bank Passbook के पहले पेज की Copy, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card व एक Cancelled Cheque Leaf
• Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate

11. General Instructions

• सिर्फ Western Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, MP, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli) की Notified Vacancies के विरुद्ध ही Apply करें
• Selection पूरी तरह Provisional है; बाद में किसी भी चरण पर गलत/Suppress की गई जानकारी मिलने पर Candidature या Engagement बिना Notice के रद्द/Terminate की जा सकती है
• Document Verification/Empanelment होने से भी Apprentice के रूप में Engagement का कोई अधिकार नहीं बनता
• Training पूरी होने पर IOCL को Apprentice को नौकरी देने की कोई बाध्यता नहीं है, और न ही Apprentice इसके आधार पर Employment का दावा कर सकता है
• किसी भी तरह की Canvassing करने पर Candidate Disqualify हो जाएगा
• सभी Updates, Corrigendum व आगे की Correspondence सिर्फ iocl.com/apprenticeships पर ही मिलेगी — नियमित रूप से Website Check करते रहें
