Indian Navy Apprentice form कैसे भरे ?
सबसे पहले www.apprenticeshipindia.org वेबसाइट पर रजिस्टर करना होगा |
रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के बाद प्रोफाइल 100 % complete करना है |
उसके बाद प्रोफाइल प्रिंट आउट करें |
Annexure 1 के दो प्रिंट आउट करिये और भर कर 2 colour photographs चिपका देना है |
निचे दिए गये जरुरी document को सेल्फ attested करके लिफाफे बंद करके 14-Dec-2021 के पहले दिए गये पते पर भेज दीजिये |

- Part – III : Printout of “CHECK OFF LIST
- Photocopy of SSC Marks list duly self-attested
- Photocopy of ITI Marks list duly self-attested
- Photocopy of latest Community Certificate (for OBC / SC / ST/ EWS Candidates only) With certificate number and date of issue (If applicable)
- Photocopy of latest valid PwD Certificate issued by Medical Board of Govt. Hospital (If applicable)
- Original Service Certificate from concerned Unit for son / daughter of Naval Civilian / Defence Employees (Subjected to approval of IHQ, MoD (Navy)) If applicable)
- Copy of ex-Serviceman certificate issued by Competent Authority / Zilla Sainik Board (If applicable)
- Residence Proof Attached (Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Ration Card)
- Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card of the candidate registered on web portal
- Self-addressed Rs.10/- stamped envelope (22 cm x 10 cm)
- Part – II: Duly filled Original Hall Tickets (2 Nos.)
