Document Verification of Eligibility for Engagement as Trade (ITI) Apprentice under the Apprentices Act-1961

Please refer to your application through E-mail on Engagement of (One-Year) Trade (ITI) Apprentice for the
year 2021-22 at HAL, Avionics Division, Korwa Amethi.

Please bring the following Origional documents and a set of self-attested photocopy at the time of Verification at Training Department, HAL Avionics Division Korwa, Distt- Amethi-227412 (U.P.):

a) High School (10th) & Intermediate (12th) Marksheet & Certificates.
b) All semesters Marksheet including Consolidated Marksheet of ITI & National Trade Certificate.
c) Caste Certificate (If applicable) for SC/ST/OBC (OBC-Non Creamy Layer, format as applicable for applying for appointment to posts under the Government of India).
d) EWS (If applicable) Certificate (issued for the year 2021-22)

e) PH (If Applicable) Certificate.
f) Passport size 01 color photograph.
g) Aadhar Card
h) Hard Copy of Application Form.
i) E-mail copy of Apprentice Registration Number at www.apprenticeshipinda.gov.in.

j) Police Verification Certificate to their concerned Superintendent of Police Office

• No TA /DA will be admissible for attending the Verification

Considering the increasing number of COVID positive cases, all candidates have to produce COVID (-ve) RTPCR report (Not old more than 3 days) at the time of Document Verification. Covid vaccination of 1st dose is also mandatory. (Office Days: Sunday is Holiday, Monday to Friday: Time 08:30 Hrs to 16:00 Hrs, Saturday: 8:30 Hrs to 11:30 Hrs.
