In reference to RRC/Patna’s Notification No. RRC/ECR/HRD/Act App/2021-22, Dt. 06.10.2021, application of 997 shortlisted candidates (1.5 times candidates of total notified vacancies) have been received to this officer vide letter under reference no 02 for training under Apprenticeship Act ‘1961’ in railway establishments subject to their verification of certificates (VOC), medical fitness in prescribed medical standard as per rule and verification of data uploaded by candidate registered on the website of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
You are directed to register yourself on the website of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship i.e www.apprenticeship.gov.in. before the Date of Verification of certificates (VOC) and to produce printout of your profile on (VOC). The process for registration is as under.
Apprenticeship home → Click Register button on the top right corner → Candidate registration (to fill up personal details) and click submit button, you will get a registration no. & a link from RDAT through your registered mail id. On the email, click the “Activate” button and once you click on the activate button, the screen will automatically redirect you to the log-in page where you have to log-in into your id → Once logged in, you will have to click on the button “Complete your Profile to 100%” after that click on apply for Apprenticeship on home page → Enter Establishment Name as “East Central Railway Danapur” and Select State (Bihar) then Search → See for the registration No. (E08181000056) Named as (East Central Railway/Danapur) in search results, then apply as per your trade.
The above procedure may be followed and are required to get registered on the portal before the date of your Verification of certificate (VOC) and to produce print out of your profile on the date of VOC.

NB:- Instructions for Candidates:
Candidate must bring the following certificates in original along with one set of self attested
photo copies of all the documents: (a) Mark sheets/certificates of all Educational/Technical
qualifications (10th class, ITI & onward) (b) Date of birth certificate, (10th/Matriculation
certificate). In absence of relevant date of birth certificate, candidature of candidate shall be
cancelled, (c) Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates issued by competent authority in the
format prescribed for employment in central Government. OBC candidates are required to
produce caste certificate also indicating non-creamy layer status applicable for service under
Government of India failing which they shall not be given benefits against OBC vacancies
certificate of creamy layer should not older than 1 year, (d) Disability certificate in prescribed
format issued by competent authority in case of PH candidates in prescribed format, (e) 10
identical passport size recent photographs, (f) Printout of your register profile on the website of
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship along with your registration no.
Candidates will have to bear all expenses with respect to stay, transportation, etc. They may also
be called on next day in case of any requirement/exigencies, accordingly they should come well
prepared to stay at Patna/DNR for one or more days.
