⚠️ एक candidate केवल एक ही Trade के लिए Apply कर सकता है – West Bengal या Jharkhand में से किसी एक में। दोनों के लिए Apply करने पर Reject होगा।
📋 Eligibility – Short में
ℹ️ ✅ संबंधित Trade में ITI Certificate होना अनिवार्य।
ℹ️ ✅ NAPS Portal (apprenticeshipindia.org) पर उसी Trade में Registered होना अनिवार्य।
ℹ️ ✅ ITI Qualifying Exam में Minimum 40% Marks अनिवार्य।
✅ केवल West Bengal और Jharkhand के NAPS Registered Candidates ही Apply कर सकते हैं।
📌 Note: जिन्होंने पहले Ref No. ECL/HRD/DIS/2025/532 (दिनांक 13.08.2025) के तहत Apply किया था – उन्हें दोबारा Apply नहीं करना है।

ℹ️ Training पूर्ण होने के बाद ECL में Regular Employment का कोई दावा नहीं किया जा सकता। Training Contract 1 वर्ष बाद स्वतः Terminate हो जाएगा।
⚙️ Selection Process
ℹ️ Merit List: ITI Qualifying Exam में प्राप्त Marks के आधार पर बनेगी। CPSU Reservation नियम लागू।
📌 Tie Breaking: (1) जिसने Qualifying Exam पहले Pass की (Year of Passing) → (2) DOB (Older को Priority) → (3) NAPS Portal पर जिसने पहले Register किया।
✅ Merit के आधार पर Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। सफल DV के बाद Training Engagement Letter मिलेगा जिसमें Posting Place और Reporting Date होगी।

NAPS Portal पर Register करें (यदि नहीं किया)
apprenticeshipindia.org पर अपने ITI Trade में Register करें। ECL की Opportunity Select करें।

Application Form (Annexure-I) Download करें
ECL की Official Website या Notification PDF से Application Format Print करें।

Form भरें और Documents Attach करें
सभी जानकारी सावधानी से भरें। NAPS Portal पर Upload की गई Details से Match होनी चाहिए।

Undertaking (Annexure-III) भरें
Undertaking Form भी Sign करके Attach करें।

Postal Service से भेजें – 31 July 2026 से पहले
ऊपर दिए Address पर Speed Post / Registered Post से भेजें। आखिरी दिन का इंतज़ार न करें।
⚠️ केवल एक Trade के लिए Apply करें। एक से अधिक Discipline में Apply करने पर सभी Applications Summarily Reject होंगी।

10th / Matriculation Passing Certificate – Self-Attested (Welder: 8th Pass Certificate भी मान्य)
ITI Passing Certificate – Self-Attested
ITI Final Year Marksheet – Self-Attested
Aadhaar Card – Self-Attested (NAPS Portal पर जो Mobile No. है, Aadhaar में same होनी चाहिए)
Bank Account Details (Aadhaar Linked, DBT-enabled, KYC Verified) – NAPS Portal पर Uploaded
Caste Certificate – SC/ST/OBC (OBC: Issue Date से 1 वर्ष के भीतर)
एक Recent Passport Size Photo
Undertaking / Affidavit (Annexure-III) – Prescribed Format में
