INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES: DOCUMENT VERIFICATION NOTICE NO. RRC-ER/Act Apprentices/2021-2022(Engagement of Act Apprentices for Training) उम्मीदवारों को निर्देश: दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन सूचना सं. आरआरसी-ईआर/एक्ट अपरेंटिस/2021-2022(प्रशिक्षण के लिए एक्ट अपरेंटिस की नियुक्ति)

No representative will be allowed instead of the eligible candidates to appear in DV. DV में उपस्थित होने के लिए पात्र उम्मीदवारों के बजाय किसी भी प्रतिनिधि को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Candidate is instructed to download and take clear printout (front and back pages) of this e- call letter from the website. Call letter will not be sent to candidate by post. उम्मीदवार को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि वे वेबसाइट से इस ई-कॉल पत्र का स्पष्ट प्रिंटआउट (फ्रंट और बैक पेज) डाउनलोड करें और लें। उम्मीदवार को डाक द्वारा कॉल लेटर नहीं भेजा जाएगा। The candidates will not be allotted to enter for Verification of Documents without producing DV call letter in original. Preserve the call letter carefully as no photocopy of F.I.R. for loss will be entertained as a substitute. Candidate is also liable to be prosecuted under law. In case of Administrative exigency, the venue/date/time of DV may be changed for all/some of the candidates. डीवी में प्रतिरूपण / कदाचार / अनुशासनहीनता उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य घोषित कर देगी और उसे भविष्य के सभी रेलवे प्रशिक्षण से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार पर कानून के तहत मुकदमा भी चलाया जा सकता है। प्रशासनिक अत्यावश्यकता के मामले में, डीवी का स्थान/तिथि/समय सभी/कुछ उम्मीदवारों के लिए बदला जा सकता है।

*ALL ESM candidates have to necessarily bring their Caste Certificate(if any), ESM Booklet and Pension papers in original and Xerox copies of the same duly attested by Gazetted Officer. सभी ईएसएम उम्मीदवारों को अनिवार्य रूप से अपने जाति प्रमाण पत्र (यदि कोई हो), ईएसएम बुकलेट और पेंशन के कागजात मूल और जेरोक्स प्रतियों को राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित करना होगा।

As per the Act. Apprentices, it is obligatory on the part of the Railways to offer any employment to the Apprentices on completion of their Apprenticeship Training. Accordingly, the Act. Apprentices imparted training in Railway establishments, will have no claim to seek employment on Railways on the basis of such training. अधिनियम के अनुसार। अपरेंटिस, रेलवे की ओर से अपरेंटिस प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर अपरेंटिस को किसी भी रोजगार की पेशकश करना अनिवार्य है।तदनुसार, अधिनियम। रेलवे प्रतिष्ठानों में प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने वाले प्रशिक्षुओं का इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण के आधार पर रेलवे में रोजगार पाने का कोई दावा नहीं होगा।

• Admit card, Marksheet और Certificate Matric का

• Caste Certificate
• Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PAN Card
