Eastern Railway Kancharapara Apprentice Joining 2020-21

1. No hostel accommodation will be provided and you will have to make your own arrangement during training period.
2. Stipend will be paid as per extant rules.
3. Your Apprenticeship training under Apprentice Act 1961 is liable to be terminated without notice for any of the following cases:
   a. Failure to abide by the disciplinary rules of the Railway Workshop.
   b. Misconduct.
   c. Unsatisfactory attendance.
   d. Unsatisfactory progress of training.
   e.Termination of Training at your instance before the completion of the Training period.
4. Selected candidates will liable to be terminated at any stage without notice, if it is found that he has furnished wrong/false information or documents in support of his selection.
5. After passing the Training course of Act Apprenticeship there will be “no guarantee for your employment in the Railway”.
6. Your candidature as trainee will liable to be terminated/cancelled without any prejudice, if the documents submitted by you in support of Date of Birth, Academic Qualification , ITI passed Certificate/National Trade certificate issued by NCVT, Caste Certificate and OBC Certificate is found false afterwards on verification at any time.
7. You will have to submit an affidavit on non Judicial Stamp Paper, affirmed before 1 st clas Judicial/Executive Magistrate regarding genuineness of documents (Specimen copy enclosed).
8. You will be required to complete your profile on Apprenticeship Training portal.
9. Training will be started after contract registration through Apprenticeship portal.
10. If you intend to take up the engagement on the conditions stated above please attend this office on 01-11-2022 at 10-00 hrs. positively with all documentary papers in original along with Part-B of Call letter of documents verification (DV) against Notification No-RRC-ER/Act Apprentices 2020-2021, failing which this engagement will lapse and will not be renewed.
