Dear Candidate, You have been provisionally selected on the basis of your application for undergoing training under apprenticeship Act,1961 in various railway establishment of DRM Office’s ,Pensonnel Branch, Recruitment Section , Jabalpur. Your Reporting Date is 06.10.2021
Produce Documents for Appretnticeship at Joining time-
1. 10th Marksheet and 10th Marksheet by Online Portal on behalf of Govt. of State Provides the facility for transacting with Government Offices through the Internet.
2. ITI Marksheet & Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, PAN Card, Adhar Card.
3. Character Certificate in attached prescribed format or Character Certificate issued by Police Station, Disability Certificate in attached prescribed format.
4. Latest EWS Certificate, Caste Certificate in Central Govt Format, Bank Paasbook or Cancel Cheque.
5. NAPS Portal Registration Form, MPonline Application Form.
6. Candidates whose class 10th, ITI, caste certificates and application form have a difference in Candidate name & Father’s name, they will have to submit an affidavit of Rs.100/- at the time of appointment to show the name of the same person.
7. Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
(i) The decision of the Railway administration in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications and mode of selection shall be final.
(ii) Provisionally selected candidates have to appear at Office of DRM(P),Personnel Branch Jabalpur, recruitment section on above Scheduled Reporting Date with all Original and One Set Self Attested Documents.
(iii) Candidates selected with community marked with SC/ST/OBC are advised to produce valid certificate in proper Central Govt Caste format ( issued not earlier
than 06 month from the date of Submission), EWS certificate ( issued not earlier than 06 month from the date of Submission) and Ex-Serviceman certificate at the time of joining, without certificates candidates will not be permitted to join apprenticeship/training.
(iv) No correspondences for engagement will be entertained.
(v) Candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled if he/she fails to produce the required original testimonials for verification at the time of joining or any other discrepancy noticed.
(vi) Selected the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other criteria. If erroneously engaged, such candidates shall be summarily dismissed without notice at any stage.
TRAINING PERIOD & STIPEND
(i) The candidates finally engaged will be provided Stipends at the prescribed rate as per the provision.(Stipend Rs. 7000/- per months Only)
(ii) No Hostel accommodation will be provided and selected candidates will have to make their own arrangement during their training as per Apprentice Act 1961 and they will be released on completion of the training.
(iii) You will not be give extra time to join the apprenticeship after the scheduled time. Finally come for join apprenticeship.

मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय,कार्मिक शाखा, भर्ती अनुभाग,जबलपुर के विभिन्न रेलवे प्रतिष्ठानों में प्रशिक्षुता अधिनियम, 1961 के तहत प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के लिए आपके आवेदन के आधार पर आपको अनंतिम रूप से चुना गया है। आपको दिनांक 06.10.2021 को अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होना है.
शिक्षुता के लिए दस्तावेज
1. 10वीं की अंकसूची और आनलाइन पोर्टल द्वारा निकाली गयी कक्षा 10वीं की अंकसूची।
2. आईटीआई मार्कशीट और सर्टिफिकेट, मेडिकल फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट, पैन कार्ड, आधार कार्ड।
3. संलग्न निर्धारित प्रारूप में चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र या पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारा जारी चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र, संलग्न निर्धारित प्रारूप में विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र।
4. नवीनतम ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाणपत्र, केंद्रीय सरकार के प्रारूप में जाति प्रमाण पत्र, बैंक पासबुक या किया हुआ चेक।
5. एनएपीएस पोर्टल पंजीकरण फॉर्म, एमपीऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र।
6. उम्मीदवार जिनकी कक्षा 10 वीं अंकसूची, आईटीआई, जाति प्रमाण पत्र और एमपीऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में उम्मीदवार के नाम और पिता के नाम में अंतर है, उन्हें नामों का उल्लेख करते हुये उसी व्यक्ति का नाम दिखाने के लिए नियुक्ति के समय 100/- का एक हलफनामा (शपथ पत्र) प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
7. कोविड-19 टीकाकरण प्रमाणपत्र।
महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
(i) पात्रता, आवेदनों की स्वीकृति या अस्वीकृति और चयन के तरीके से संबंधित सभी मामलों में रेलवे प्रशासन का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
(ii) अस्थायी रूप से चयनित उम्मीदवारों को मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय,कार्मिक शाखा, भर्ती अनुभाग,जबलपुर में उपरोक्त निर्धारित तिथि पर सभी मूल दस्तावेज और एक सेट स्वप्रमाणित दस्तावेजों के साथ उपस्थित होना है.
(iii) अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के चयनित उम्मीदवारों को उचित केंद्रीय सरकार के प्रारूप में जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की सलाह दी जाती है, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्रारूप में जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की तारीख से 12 माह से पहले जारी नहीं किया गया हो, ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की तारीख से 12 महीने से पहले जारी नहीं किया गया), बिना प्रमाण पत्र के उम्मीदवारों को शिक्षुता / प्रशिक्षण में शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
(iv) नियुक्ति के लिए किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
(v) उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी यदि वह शामिल होने या किसी अन्य विसंगति के समय सत्यापन के लिए आवश्यक मूल दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहता है।
(vi) चयनित उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वे पात्रता और अन्य मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं। गलत उम्मीदवारी पाये जाने पर, ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी स्तर पर बिना किसी सूचना के बर्खास्त कर दिया जाएगा।
प्रशिक्षण अवधि और वृत्तिका
(i) अस्थायी रूप से लगे हुए उम्मीदवारों को प्रावधान के अनुसार निर्धारित दर पर वृत्तिका प्रदान किया जाएगा।(स्टायपेंड रू. 7000/- प्रतिमाह)
(ii) चयनित उम्मीदवारों को रेल्वे की तरफ से कोई छात्रावास प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा, उम्मीदवारों को शिक्षुता अधिनियम 1961 के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण के दौरान रहने के लिये स्वयं व्यवस्था करनी होगी और प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर उन्हें भारमुक्त किया जाएगा।
(iii) निर्धारित समय के बाद आपको शिक्षुता में शामिल होने के लिये अतिरिक्त समय नहीं दिया जाएगा। अंतिम रूप से शिक्षुता में शामिल होने के लिए आएं।
