Document Verification at HAL Nasik Apprenticeship 2021

This is to inform you that your candidature is being considered for the apprenticeship training at HAL-Nasik. You are required to be present for physical document verification as per the following schedule:

Venue: Community Hall, HAL- Township, Ojhar -Nasik.

Time: From 8:30 AM  to 02:30 PM

Please note that final merit list will be prepare  from those candidates who present for physical original document verification & as per merit only. In case you fail to report on the said date and time, it will be assumed that you are not interested in the training.

The Candidates who fail to report on their mentioned date due to UNAVOIDABLE reasons may report on the RESERVE DAY i.e. 27^th /28^th Sept 2021.

Instructions for document verification:
Candidates have to provide copies of certificates (Two sets) and also produce originals for verification. The list of certificates/documents is as follows:

                                I.            SSC/HSC board certificate

                              II.            ITI- Semester wise mark sheets

                            III.            ITI – Passing Certificate or provisional certificate

                            IV.            Copy of registration in the portal: www.apprenticeshipindia.org (It is mandatory to bring this document)

                              V.            Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST) if applicable

                            VI.            Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) : Income and Asset verification certificate if applicable

                          VII.            Non Creamy layer Certificate: For OBC-In Central government format.

                        VIII.            Physically handicapped : PWD (Person with Disability)  if applicable

                            IX.            Ex-servicemen/Wards of ex-servicemen : XSM if Applicable

                              X.            Aadhaar Card

                            XI.            MSI Card : For HAL wards only

Important Information on Apprenticeship training:

•  The apprenticeship training is for one year and the stipend for the period will be as per stipulated guidelines.
• HAL, Nasik will not be under any obligation to provide employment on completion of the Apprenticeship Training.
• The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation & travelling for the engagement process/during Apprenticeship Training Period & No accommodation & travelling allowance will be paid by the company.
  
• Candidates are requested to follow all COVID-19 protocols, wear mask and carry hand sanitizer, when visiting HAL.
  
• For Apprenticeship training ,If candidate is allready undergoing  / completed /resigned/terminated  from any other Government/Private sector will not eligible for apprenticeship training in HAL Nasik.
  
• If the entries in Google form is found incorrect then candidate will not be eligible for Apprenticeship Training.
