✅ Directorate General of Training (DGT) ने CITS Session 2026-27 के अंतर्गत SPOT Round Admission Guidelines जारी की हैं। SPOT Round Admissions 03-08-2026 से 05-08-2026 तक 03 दिनों की अवधि में Merit के आधार पर संचालित होंगे।

- Architectural Draughtsman, Computer Software Application, Dress Making, Fruits and Vegetables Processing, Interior Design and Decoration, Aeronautical Structure and Equipment Fitter, Machinist Grinder, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance, Sheet Metal Worker, Tool and Die Maker, Wood Work Technician

ℹ️ ऊपर सूचीबद्ध Trades के लिए Cut Off Revised (कम) किया गया है; शेष सभी CITS Trades के लिए Cut Off पूर्ववर्ती Counselling Rounds जैसा ही रहेगा।
🎯 SPOT Admission हेतु पात्रता
- Candidate ने Point (2) में दिए गए Cut Off Marks के बराबर या उससे अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए हों
- Counselling Rounds में Participate किया हो लेकिन कोई Seat Allot नहीं हुई हो
- Counselling Rounds में Seat Allot हुई हो लेकिन Provisional Admission नहीं ली हो
- Counselling Rounds में बिल्कुल Participate ही नहीं किया हो
ℹ️ Seat Allocation पूर्णतः Merit के आधार पर होगी। Live Vacancy Position (Institute-wise व Trade-wise) NIMI Portal पर हर समय उपलब्ध रहेगी।
📅 Day-wise Schedule

Day 1 (03-08-2026): Institute दोपहर 1:00 PM तक Eligible Candidates से Applications लेंगे, फिर Trade-wise Merit List तैयार होगी। 1:00 PM पर NIMI Portal पर Seat Allotment किया जाएगा। 1 PM के बाद पहुंचने वाले Candidates की Candidature Day 2 हेतु Consider होगी

Day 2 (04-08-2026): Day 1 के बाद व Day 2 को 1 PM तक पहुंचे Candidates के Applications लिए जाएंगे। Seat Allot होने वाले Candidates को Provisionally Admit किया जाएगा; शेष “Remaining Candidates” को Institute अपने Login से Portal पर 3:00 PM से 7:00 PM के बीच Check-in करेंगे

Choice Filling: केवल Checked-in Candidates हेतु NIMI द्वारा 04-08-2026 8:00 PM से 05-08-2026 4:00 PM तक Choice Filling खोली जाएगी, जिसमें Candidates अपनी Preference के क्रम में Choices भर सकते हैं

Merit-Based Allotment: NIMI Portal पर 05-08-2026 शाम 5:30 PM पर SPOT Round का Merit-Based Seat Allotment List जारी करेगा – सभी Institutes में उपलब्ध Vacancies को एक ही Pool माना जाएगा; इस Round में कोई Reservation Policy Apply नहीं होगी

Physical Admission: Counselling Round या SPOT Round – दोनों प्रकार के Candidates हेतु Physical Admission की समान अवधि 10-08-2026 से 14-08-2026 तक निर्धारित है
⚠️ महत्वपूर्ण नियम
- कोई भी Institute किसी अन्य Institute में Candidate को Admit नहीं कर सकता – केवल अपने ही Institute में Physically Reported Candidates को Admit करेगा
- Private IToT में SPOT Round Admission की Monitoring हेतु संबंधित RDSDE कम से कम एक Officer Depute करेंगे
- SPOT Round में Seat पाने वाले Candidates को Counselling Fee अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करनी होगी; पहले Fee जमा न होने पर Login/Dashboard में Payment Option उपलब्ध होगा, Fee Payment के बाद ही Provisional Admission Letter जनरेट होगा
- SPOT Round में Seat Allot होने वाले Candidates की Document Verification केवल Physical Admission के समय Allotted Institute पर ही होगी
- कोई भी Representative Candidate की ओर से SPOT Round में भाग नहीं ले सकता – Candidate को स्वयं व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है
- Admission Process के दौरान अनुशासनहीनता पाए जाने पर Candidature Reject/Admission Cancel हो सकता है
