• 1- Date of Birth certificate (10th original certificate).
• 2- ITI Final Certificate & ITI Marksheet.
• 3- 10th Marksheet & ITI marksheet.
• 4- Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) if applicable.
• 5- PAP Certificate issued by concerned Project Officer/SO(P&P) if Applicable.
• 6- Ward certificate issued by concerned SO(P) if applicable.
• 7.- Aadhar Card copy, PAN card Copy.
• 8. One Passport size Photograph.

Your candidature may be cancelled and your seat may be awarded to others if 

• 1. you are absent on the last date of document verification or,
• 2. wrong information found on the portal during document verification or,
• 3. Found Duplicate or double registration No of same person or,
• 4. Already completed Apprenticeship Training through Apprenticeship portal or,
• 5. Refused to do apprenticeship training at CCL previously.
• 6. Who have already NAC certificate of failed in any AITT exam.
