Advertisement No. 40/2025: Online applications are invited from eligible Indian candidates for a total of 50 (fifty) vacant posts of Deputy Principal and equivalent level in Industrial Training Institutes under the control of Labor Resources Department, Bihar. Detailed guidelines for filling online applications are displayed on the Commission’s website www.bpsc.bihar.gov.in. The category wise details of these 50 (fifty) vacant posts are as follows:-

BPSC ITI College Vice Principal Recruitment Qualification 2025

Minimum educational qualification for direct appointment: Degree in Engineering or equivalent (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Eng./B.S.) from any Indian University/Institute (A.I.C.T.E Approved) or from equivalent universities (Deemed University) recognized by the University Grants Commission. Only the degree obtained in regularly conducted technical courses will be valid and not in the technical courses conducted through distance education.

Specific Qualification (M.Tech.):- M.Tech. from any Indian University/Institute (A.I.C.T.E Approved). Degree or equivalent (M.E./M.S.) or degree obtained only in regularly conducted technical courses from universities recognized by the University Grants Commission (Deemed University) will be valid and not in technical courses conducted through distance education.

Note: According to the provisions of the rules, special qualification and work experience or teaching experience are not essential qualifications under the minimum educational qualification, but work experience or teaching experience along with special qualification is a desirable qualification, for which there is a provision of additional marks.

How to Apply BPSC ITI College Vice Principal Recruitment 2025

A. One Time Registration (OTR) :
(i) To apply online for various examinations of BPSC, it is mandatory to do One Time Registration (OTR) on the website of Bihar Public Service Commission https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.
(ii) To do OTR, candidates will click on New user Registration Button.
(iii) The above OTR will be valid for all the advertisements published by the Commission in future.
(iv) OTR is not an application for any examination. It is simply collecting information from the applicants and giving a separate dashboard to each applicant for the convenience of maintaining their profile.
(v) Valid active email ID and mobile number is mandatory to do OTR. See your email OTP in your email Inbox or Spam.
(vi) Candidates who wish to apply online for any examination advertised by BPSC will have to use the same password as given in the OTR.
(vii) More than one OTR registration is not allowed. This may result in your application being rejected/canceled.
(viii) Candidates who have previously done One Time Registration (OTR) while applying through the online portal, will also ensure to complete the OTR process afresh on the new portal.
(ix) To access the online application dashboard, candidates should enter their mobile number/email ID. And will login to URL: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login with the password created by the candidate.

B. Instruction For Digilocker Account :

As soon as the OTR process is completed, Digilocker’s Meri Pehchan Portal will open. Candidates who have Digilocker account will have to sign in by giving the consent of Digilocker account to OAMS and if the applicant does not have a Digilocker account, then they can create a new Digilocker account by signing up and will complete the further process by giving the consent of Digilocker account to OAMS.

C. Instruction For Profile Creation :

There are six steps to profile creation. They are as follows:
Step 1: Personal Information
Step 2: Address Information
Step 3: Other Information
Step 4: Qualification Information
Step 5: Experience Information
Step 6: Upload Photo/Signature and Profile Lock

D. Instruction For New Application :

(i) After the applicant’s profile is created, all the ongoing/active advertisements will be visible in the New Application Tab, in which after clicking on the View button, the further process will be completed by clicking on Check Advertisement Criteria and the payment process will be completed by clicking on Submit & Pay Fees.
(ii) After completion of the application form and payment process, after clicking on My Account tab, the advertisements applied by the applicant will be visible, in the action column of which the options of Application Form Print, Cancel Application, Pay Now (if payment has not been made), Payment History will be available
(iii) If there is any kind of error in the application form of any applicant, then they will cancel their application and ensure to fill the application form afresh.

E. My Account Tab :

(i) If an applicant needs to change his/her password, the applicant can do so from the option available in the My Account Tab
(ii) If the applicant does not want to deposit the examination fee at that time, the applicant can deposit the fee till the last date of application. At that time, the applicant has to go to My Account Tab, then in that tab there is an option to deposit the fee.
(iii) Any change made in the profile after filling the online application and downloading the hard copy will not be valid
(iv) The Commission will not be responsible for any kind of internet disruption/incorrect payment/unsuccessful payment in online payment (Unsuccessful Payment/Transaction Status Failure/Transaction Status Pending) and the candidate will not be given additional time for connection.
(v) Applicants should also ensure that Application Number, Application ID and Bar Code are mentioned on each page of the hard copy of the downloaded application. Even if any one of the Application Number, Application ID and Bar Code is not mentioned on the hard copy, the application will not be considered completely filled and the application will not be accepted.
(v) Apart from this, all the certificates mentioned related to the advertisement will be downloaded from the My Account Tab of the finally filled online application and the hard copy will be kept safe. The Commission will be free to take decisions regarding the eligibility of the candidates who do not comply with the above instructions.
