BPSC AEDO Recruitment Vacancy 2025

Online applications are invited in the prescribed form from eligible Indian candidates for appointment to a total of 935 (nine hundred thirty five) vacant posts of Assistant Education Development Officer under Advertisement No.-87/2025, Education Department, Bihar. BPSC AEDO Recruitment Selection Process 2025

Exam Pattern :

The subjects, papers, nature of examination, number of questions, duration of examination and total marks of the written examination will be as follows:-

• Each question has one mark and there is a provision for marking. 1/3 (one third) negative marking for each wrong answer.
• Only the papers of General Language (General English and General Hindi) will be qualifying, in which it will be mandatory to get minimum 30 percent marks in each paper i.e. other papers will be evaluated only after obtaining minimum marks separately in General English and General Hindi. Candidature will not be considered if minimum marks are not obtained in General English and General Hindi papers

How to Apply BPSC AEDO Recruitment 2025

A. One Time Registration (OTR)
(i) To apply online for various BPSC examinations, it is mandatory to do One Time Registration (OTR) on Bihar Public Service Commission website https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.
(B) To do OTR, candidates will click on New user Registration button.
(ii) The said OTR will be valid for all advertisements published by the Commission in future.
(iv) OTR is not an application for any examination. It is only for collecting information from the applicants and giving each applicant a separate dashboard to facilitate them to maintain their profile.
(v) Valid active email ID and mobile number is mandatory to do OTR. Check your email OTP in your email Inbox or Spam.
(vi) Candidates who wish to apply online for any examination advertised by BPSC will have to use the password given in the OTR only.
(vii) Multiple OTR registrations are not permitted. This may lead to rejection/cancellation of your application.
(viii) Candidates who have already done One Time Registration (OTR) while applying through online portal, should also ensure to complete the OTR process afresh on the new portal.
(ix) To access the online application dashboard, candidates shall login at the URL: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login using their Mobile No./Email ID and password created by the candidate.
Note:-
(i) There will be no provision for change or correction in the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, Aadhaar number and date of birth filled in the OTR form.
(ii) The applicant will be required to mandatorily upload the required documents for applying, which can be uploaded through Digilocker Account.

C. Instruction For New Application :
(1) After applicant’s profile is created, all the on going/active advertisements will be shown in the New Application Tab, in which after clicking on the View Button, you will click on Check Advertisement Criteria to complete the further process and by clicking on Submit & Pay Fees you will complete the payment process.
(ii) On completion of the Application Form and Payment process, after clicking on the My Account tab, the advertisements applied by the applicant will be visible, in whose Action Column, options like Print Application Form, Cancel Application, Pay Now (if payment has not been made), Payment History will be available.
(iii) If any applicant finds any error in his/her Application Form, he/she must cancel his/her application and fill the Application Form afresh.

Note:- No payment will be refunded after cancelling the application form.
The Commission will not be responsible for not strictly following the necessary (detailed) instructions for filling up the online application and for any kind of error in the entry made by the candidate while filling up the online application.
In case of any error found while matching the information filled in the online application with the original certificate/mark sheet, the candidature will be cancelled.
(iv) Fee will be deposited online only after being satisfied with the candidate’s name, date of birth, category, examination fee etc.
(v) It will be the responsibility of the applicant to keep the e-mail ID and mobile number mentioned in the online application safe. They will keep it safe till the final result is published. Candidates will enter their own working mobile number and e-mail ID while filling the online application. Under no circumstances will they enter the mobile number and e-mail ID of any other person.
(vi) The Commission will not be responsible for internet or banking disruptions. Therefore, candidates should not wait for the last dates and complete all the procedures before that.
(vii) While applying online, the candidate must ensure to upload his/her clear (good) photograph taken through Webcam.
(viii) Candidates should scan their signature in Hindi & English and upload it in the prescribed space in the online application. Candidates should satisfy themselves that the image of the uploaded signature in Hindi & English is clear.
(ix) Candidates willing to appear for the competitive examination are also instructed to keep four copies of their latest photographs with them so that they can submit the same if required or when asked by the Commission
