A. Category – I – Graduate Apprentices* :-
A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a recognized/approved University/Institution in the relevant discipline, (or)
A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an act of the Parliament/State Legislature in the relevant discipline, (or)
Pass in examinations conducted by Professional bodies recognized by a State Government or Central Government as equivalent to Graduation.
B. Category – II – Technician (Diploma) Apprentices* :-
A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline, (or)
A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a recognized/approved University/Institution in relevant discipline, (or)
A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such a diploma by an act of the Parliament/State Legislature as equivalent to the above.
