- i. Class X (High School) certificate for Date of Birth.
- ii. Caste Certificate .
- iii. Self-undertaking (Undertaking format) by the OBC candidate belonging to non-creamy layer.
- iv. If claiming age relaxation as candidate from J & K, relevant certificate.
- v. Mark sheets of all semesters/consolidated mark sheet of Degree/Diploma qualification.
- vi. Additional qualification, if any.
- vii. Proof of norms adopted by the University/ Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/DGPA into percentage.
- viii. Offer of Appointment / Joining Letter / Experience Certificate issued by the Employer along with First and Last Salary Slip (required as proof of period of service)
