🎓 Qualification (अनिवार्य)
- संबंधित Trade में First-class (60%) अंकों के साथ ITI पास, Conventional CTS Pattern से
- NTC (National Trade Certificate) – NCVT द्वारा Regular Candidate के रूप में जारी
- NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) – DGT द्वारा संबंधित Trade में जारी (Apprenticeship पूरी होना अनिवार्य)
- SC/ST/PwD candidates के लिए न्यूनतम % में 5% relaxation

ℹ️ SC/ST को 5 वर्ष, OBC को 3 वर्ष की relaxation शामिल है। PwD candidates को SC/ST/OBC-NCL की relaxation के अतिरिक्त 10 वर्ष अतिरिक्त relaxation मिलेगी (न्यूनतम 40% disability पर)। आयु 10.07.2026 के अनुसार गणना होगी।
💰 वेतन एवं भत्ते (Operator – Tenure Basis)

- Tenure के दौरान हर साल 3% Annual Increment – Performance के आधार पर
- PF Contribution – Basic Pay + DA पर calculate होगा
- Gratuity और Bonus भी मिलेगा (Gratuity Scheme व Bonus Act के अनुसार)
- Engagement अधिकतम 4 वर्ष की Tenure Basis पर – इसके बाद स्वतः समाप्त, Regular Employee का दर्जा नहीं मिलेगा

⚠️ Important Notes
- Selected candidates को BEML के किसी भी Manufacturing Complex/Location पर Posting दी जा सकती है – Posting Change का कोई Request स्वीकार नहीं होगा
- Engagement अधिकतम 4 वर्ष की Tenure Basis पर – कभी भी 1 महीने के Notice पर समाप्त हो सकती है
- Category, Address, Email, Mobile Number, Test Centre में Change का कोई Request स्वीकार नहीं होगा
- Document Verification में Qualify होने वालों को TA (Sleeper/II Class Train Fare) मिलेगा – Proof of Travel के साथ
- Canvassing करने पर Application सीधे Reject हो जाएगा
