2 Junior Technician (Electronic Mechanic)

• Electronic Circuit Diagrams पढ़ना, Electronics Instruments/Projector/Micro-Phone/Timer की Repair व Maintenance
• Electrical Ladder Diagrams, Logic Diagrams व Wiring Diagrams पढ़ना
• Analog व Digital Electronic Devices के Data Books व Reference Manuals समझना
• Thyristor Drives, Memory Devices व Integrated Circuits की जानकारी
• Electronic Circuits, PCB व Drive Circuits की Trouble-shooting, Repair व Maintenance
• Electronic Component Testing व Soldering/De-soldering का कार्य
• Oscilloscope, Multi-meters, Power Supply Units, IC Testers व LCR Meters का उपयोग

3 Junior Technician (Electroplater)

• Degreasing व Pickling Process की Elementary Knowledge
• Plated Jobs की Polishing हेतु Scratch Brush का उपयोग
• Instructions अनुसार Parts को Electrodes से Connect करना
• अलग-अलग Metals व Alloys के Degreasing/Pickling Process की जानकारी
• Copper, Nickel, Tin जैसे विभिन्न Plating Baths को Handle करना
• Soldering की जानकारी, Plating Times का Record रखना (Hydrometer, Thermometer, Micrometer, Voltmeter, Ammeter उपयोग)
• Pickling व Plating Solutions बनाना व उपयोग करना
• Plating Vats पर Current/Voltage Adjust करना, Accumulator Charging हेतु Simple Electric Connections
• Safety Precautions व Satisfactory Plating हेतु आवश्यक सावधानियों की जानकारी

4 Junior Technician (Fitter General)

• Simple Blue Prints पढ़ना, Foot Rule व Callipers (Internal/External) से Measurement लेना
• Filing, Chipping, Reaming, Tapping, Screw Cutting (Hand/Taps Dies) जैसे Simple Fitting Operations
• Drilling व Emery Stone पर Rough Grinding हेतु Simple Workshop Machinery का उपयोग
• Compressors की Elementary Working Knowledge व Routine Maintenance हेतु Fitting Operation
• Lubrication व Cooling System Check करना, Compressed Air की Outgoing Pressure Adjust करना
• Complicated Contours Mark-off करना (Planning, Drilling, Shaping, Boring), Trigonometry सहित Calculations
• Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauge जैसे Instruments का उपयोग, Fractions/Decimal Calculations
• Taper Bearing सहित Bearings Scrap करना, Spindles/Arbours Fit करना
• Small Flat Surfaces Scrap करना, Alignment Correction हेतु Minor Repairs व Adjustments

5 Junior Technician (Foundrymen)

• Simple Sketches व Templates से Dimensions अनुसार कार्य करना
• Hardening व Tempering Tools की Elementary Knowledge, Power Hammers Operate करना
• Hand Methods द्वारा Simple Welds बनाना

6 Junior Technician (Machinist)

• Machine को Satisfactorily Operate करना, “Go”/”No Go” Gauges से Quality Check करना
• Periodical Lubrication हेतु Machine की जानकारी
• Pressure Gauges पढ़ना, Solid/Hollow Sections Extrude करना, Micrometer पढ़ना
• Extrusion Press के Driving Mechanism व Control Parts की General Knowledge
• Complicated Drawings पढ़ना, General व Special Purpose Machines पर काम करना
• Improved Methods से Complicated Jobs Machines में Set करना
• Micrometer, Vernier Calipers, Outside Calipers का पूर्ण ज्ञान

7 Junior Technician (Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance)

• File व Chisel का उपयोग, Filing/Tapping/Sawing/Screwing/Chipping जैसे Simple Hand Operations
• Machines को Strip व Assemble करने की Elementary Knowledge

8 Junior Technician (OMHE at Raw Material Handling Plant)

• Trucks को सावधानी से Drive करना, Safety व Weight Judge करना, Petrol Engine Start/Stop करना
• Battery/Petrol/Diesel Appliances Material Handling हेतु Drive करना, Minor Lubrication व Repairs
• Cranes को Accuracy व Judgment के साथ Drive करना
• Building में चल रहे Process की जानकारी, जहां Material Shift करना है
• Vehicles/Cranes व Motive Power Equipment के Minor Defects Detect व Rectify करना
• Steam Boilers/Engines Operate करने की जानकारी, Petrol/Diesel Engine Driven Cranes Drive करना

• Paints Mix करने की जानकारी, Boxes/Boards/Doors/Windows की Rough Painting
• English/Hindi Lettering व Figuring हेतु Stencils Cut करना
• विभिन्न प्रकार के Materials में Stencils Cut करना
• Semi-Skilled Jobs को उच्च Finish Degree के साथ पूर्ण करना
• ऊंचाई पर Notice Boards, Sign Boards आदि लिखना
• अपने खुद के Tools, Implements व Materials रोज़ाना कार्य हेतु साथ रखना

10 Junior Technician (Quality Assurance Assistant)

• Tool/Gauge Viewers हेतु Limits व Tolerances की Specifications-आधारित जानकारी
• Precision Measuring Instruments का उपयोग, स्वतंत्र रूप से Complex Calculations
• Sketches बनाना व Complicated Drawings पढ़ना
• Measurement Methods व Micrometer/Vernier Gauge Adjust करने की जानकारी
• Machines के विभिन्न Parts के Functions, Bearings/Sling Surfaces Test करना, Machine Accuracy व Speed Check करना

11 Junior Technician (Rigger)

• Heavy Load Handling व Hoisting (Inconvenient Positions सहित) की जानकारी
• Rigger/Slingers Work की जानकारी
• ऊंचाई पर कार्य हेतु अच्छा Physique व Active Habits
• Slings, Ropes, Tackles व Cranes की Proper Use व Maintenance, Heavy Loads Handling/Hauling/Hoisting
• Lifting Tackle हेतु Structures Improvise करना
• Lifting Appliances की Upkeep हेतु Safety Regulations की Working Knowledge

12 Junior Technician (Welder)

• विभिन्न Metals हेतु Welding Rods व Fluxes की जानकारी
• Low Pressure Oxy-Acetylene व/या Electric Welding Plant Operate करना
• Aluminium या Thin Steel Sheet जैसे कठिन Materials की Welding
• Instructions अनुसार Simple Joints Weld करना
• Brazing व Soldering की जानकारी
• Oxygen Cylinders को Multiple Bank में Couple करना, Flame Out करना
• Steel पर Surface Defects पहचानना व De-seaming Equipment से हटाना
• Oxy-Acetylene Appliances Handle करने की Safety Precautions

13 Junior Technician (Forger and Heat Treater)

• Hot Sections में काम करने हेतु अच्छा Physique
• Steam Hammer या Forging Presses की जानकारी
• Forging Drawings अनुसार Dimensions में कार्य करना
• Forging हेतु Material को आवश्यक Temperature तक Heat करने वाली Forging Furnaces Control करना
• Hot Steel Billets व Ingots Lift करने हेतु Tackle का उपयोग व Forging के दौरान Handle करना

• Selection Computer Based Online Test (CBT) के आधार पर होगा, इसके बाद Junior Technician हेतु Trade Test (AVNL की संबंधित Unit पर, Qualifying Nature का)
• Written Test Qualify करने वाले Candidates को Post:Candidate 1:3 अनुपात में Trade Test हेतु बुलाया जाएगा (यह अनुपात Management के विवेकाधीन बदल सकता है)
• Junior Technician की Final Merit केवल Written Test Marks पर आधारित होगी – Trade Test सिर्फ Suitability/Fitness जांचने हेतु है
• CBT/Interview/Trade Test हेतु Shortlisted व Final Selected Candidates के नाम AVNL Website पर Notify किए जाएंगे

• Trade Certificate NCVT Recognized ITI/Technical Institution से होना चाहिए
• Application Fee: General/EWS/OBC – ₹300/- (Non-Refundable) | SC/ST/PwBD/XSM/Female – कोई Fee नहीं
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 वर्ष, OBC-NCL – 3 वर्ष, PwBD – 10 वर्ष, Ex-Serviceman – Govt Guidelines अनुसार
• Test Centres: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata व Kanpur
• Selected Candidates को Joining से पूर्व Medically Fit घोषित होना अनिवार्य है
• किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में Jurisdiction केवल Chennai की Courts/Tribunals की होगी
