WEB ADVERTISEMENT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF DIPLOMA/ENGG, GRADUATE APPRENTICES
- CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER, AMMUNITION FACTORY, KHADKI invites applications for engagement as Engg. Graduate Apprentices & Diploma (Tech.) Apprentices in accordance with the provisions contained in the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Act (Amendment) 1973 for providing practical training to Fresh Engineering Graduates/ Diploma Holder in different streams of engineering for a period of one year as per details given below:
- Engineering Graduate/Diploma (Technician) Apprentices to be engaged:

Ammunition Factory Khadki Apprentice 2025 Qualification
| Apprentice | Qalifications |
| Engineering Graduate Apprentices | a) A degree in engineering or technology granted by a statutory University; or b) A degree in engineering or technology granted by an institution empowered to grant such degree by an act of Parliament; or c) Graduate Exam. of professional bodies recognized by the Central Govt. as equivalent to a degree; or d) A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a degree in engineering or technology as mentioned at (a) and (b) above. |
| Diploma (Tech.) Apprentices | a) A Diploma in engineering or technology granted by a State Council Board of Technical Education established by a State Government Or b) A Diploma in engineering or technology granted by a University Or c) A Diploma in engineering or technology granted by an Institute recognized by State Government or Central Government as equivalent to (a) and (b) above Or d) A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a Diploma mentioned in (a), (b) and (c) above. |
Ammunition Factory Khadki Apprentice 2025 Selection Process
- Selection of Candidates will be made on the basis of Inter-se Merit amongst the candidates based on marks obtained in Grad./Dip. appearing on final year marksheet (as per the norms and practices of their university) and as per extant guidelines on reservation (as per Apprenticeship Rules 1992 and its amendments) and select list of candidates will be published on MIL website i.e https://munitionsindia.in/careers.
- No formal communication will be made to the eligible candidates for attending Document Verification.

How to Apply Ammunition Factory Khadki Apprentice 2025
- Application (as per Annexure-A) to be forwarded in sealed envelope with title as “Application for the post of Graduate/Diploma Apprentice (Group Code)” indicating group code of the designated Stream on top of the envelope. For example, candidate with qualification B.E.(Mech.) will write “Application for the post of Graduate/ Diploma Apprentice-G 4” on top of the envelope. Forwarding physical application form is mandatory.
- It is also mandatory to fill up Google Form correctly as per the following link:

- Not filling of Google Form/Incomplete physical applications/applications received after the last date will not be entertained.
- It is mandatory for the candidates to register themselves on NATS portal https://nats.education.gov.in and the same will be verified on the day of document verification (if invited for).
- The candidate who is selected as Apprenticeship must possess an Aadhar linked/Seeded bank account in his/her own name (preferably in a nationalized bank with internet banking/electronic banking facilities) and PAN Card to receive establishment share of stipend and Government share of stipend through DBT.
- The Management reserves the rights to amend/refix/suspend/cancel this engagement process at any time during the process without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the management shall be final and binding and no appeal of any kind shall be accepted/considered in this regard.
- A person who has been a Graduate/Technician Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act and in whose case the contract of Apprenticeship was terminated for any reason whatsoever by that establishment, shall not be eligible for engagement as an Graduate/Technician Apprentice again (as the case may be under the Apprenticeship Act.
