📚 Eligibility / Qualification
| ITI Trade Apprentices | Candidates must have passed ITI in respective trade from NCVT approved institute. |
| Diploma (Technician) Apprentices | Diploma in Engineering/Technology from State Board of Technical Education in respective branch. Qualification date aur joining ke beech ka gap 5 saal se zyada nahi hona chahiye. |
| General Stream Graduate Apprentices | Recognized university se Degree (B.Com/B.Sc etc.) in respective discipline. Gap 5 saal se adhik nahi hona chahiye. |
| Engineering Graduate Apprentices | Recognized university se B.E./B.Tech in respective branch. Gap 5 saal se adhik nahi hona chahiye. |
💰 Stipend
Stipend Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules aur uske baad ke amendments ke anusaar monthly diya jayega.
🏷️ Reservation
Apprentices ki engagement ke liye reservation EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PH candidates, Ex-Servicemen aur HAL ke wards ke liye Apprentices Act 1961 & HAL Corporate Office Guidelines ke anusaar applicable hoga.

📌 Koi written test ya interview nahi hoga. Selection sirf merit ke aadhar par hoga:
- ITI Apprentices: SSC/10th (70% weightage) + ITI (30% weightage) ke GPA/CGPA marks
- Diploma/Engineering/General Stream: Diploma/Degree mein CGPA/Percentage of marks
