How to Apply ECIL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
STEP:1 Interested candidates who possess the required educational qualification MUST first register themselves on the website www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in of the Ministry of Skill Development
and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
STEP:2 Subsequent to registration in the portal mentioned above, the interested eligible candidates shall submit the online application through the ECIL website www.ecil.co.in ‘Careers’ ‘Current Job Openings’.
IMPORTANT: Candidates who have registered in the MSDE apprenticeship portal are required to submit their online application through the ECIL website as mentioned above. Applications submitted on the ECIL website shall only be accepted and considered.
The online application process will be operational from 01.09.2025 (11:00 hrs.) to 22.09.2025 (24:00 hrs.)
a. After applying online, the candidate is required to take the printout of the registered online application form with system-generated application number. Candidate is required tonote down application number, for all future references.
b. The candidate can take a re-print of his/her registered online application form before the last date for Online registration.
c. No separate communication will be sent to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage of the engagement process.
d. The application is liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process in case it is submitted with incorrect information. Further, if any other shortcoming is noticed (either at the instance of a candidate or otherwise) even after Apprenticeship commencement, his/her apprenticeship will be liable for termination forthwith.
e. If it is found that the candidate has submitted any false / fabricated information/documents will entail summarily rejection of his/ her candidature at any stage of the selection process.
f. It may please be noted that No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Document Verification.
g. The date, time, mode and venue of document verification will be hosted on our website: www.ecil.co.in.
h. The candidates called for document verification shall present the following original documents mandatorily with a set of photocopies at
the time of certificate verification:
i. Online registered application form duly signed by the candidate and with recent color passport size photo affixed.
ii. All original certificates in support of MSDE Registration, his / her date of birth, identity (Govt. issued only like Aadhaar, Drivingn License, Passport etc.), Educational Qualification, Latest Caste & Disability (PWD) certificates (wherever applicable) if any along with a set of photocopies.
