RECRUITMENT OF NON – EXECUTIVES (WORKERS) IN PRODUCTION, MECHANICAL,ELECTRICAL,INSTRUMENTATION, TRANSPORTATION & MARKETING DISCIPLINE
NFL has five gas based Ammonia-Urea plants viz. Nangal & Bathinda Units in Punjab, Panipat Unit in Haryana and two plants at Vijaipur Unit at District Guna in Madhya Pradesh.

| Attendant Grade I(Electrical) | Matric + Regular ITI (Electrician) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions. | ₹ 21500- 52000 |
| Attendant Gr.I (Mechanical)- Fitter | Matric + Regular ITI (Fitter) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions | ₹ 21500- 52000 |
| Loco Attendant Gr-III | Matriculation/ SSLC/ SSC + full time ITI in Mechanic Diesel trade with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) | ₹ 21500- 52000 |
