Tata Institute Recruitment General Instruction 2025
- a. Candidates are required to apply only for designated trade mentioned in clause 2 and candidate should possess ITI certificate in the same trade. Candidates of other Trades need not apply.
- b. Only fresh candidates will be considered for engagement.
- c. The engagement and training are strictly in compliance with the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961 and the appointment will be temporary. Selected Candidate will not have any claim for any permanent or temporary appointment in the Institute either during or after the training period.
- d. Those who have already availed the apprenticeship will not be considered.
- e. Every Apprentice who has completed the period of training shall appear for All India Trade Test to be conducted by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trade to determine his proficiency in the designated trade in which he served as an Apprentice. The candidates would be given a certificate of proficiency in the trade by the National Council.
Tata Institute Recruitment Selection Process 2025
- The selection will be on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the written test and aggregate ITI marks obtained in all semesters.
- Final merit will be based on 60% of aggregate ITI marks obtained in all semesters and 40% written test score.
- The candidates will be assessed on parameters/sections as below :
- (i)Technical Acumen in relevant discipline.
- (ii)Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude.
- (iii)Reasoning Abilities.
- (IV)ITI syllabus.
- (V)Mathematical syllabus
