| Senior Scale Stenographer | Graduation (50% marks), English shorthand: 100 w.p.m., transcription: 20 w.p.m. (8% mistakes allowed), 3 years’ govt. experience, knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric. |
| Sanitary Officer | B.Sc. (50% marks) in chemistry or B. Pharmacy, or 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector with 5 years’ experience, or NTC in Health Sanitary Inspector with 8 years’ experience. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric. |
| Clerk/Clerk-cum-DEO | Graduate, computer proficiency, typing speed: 30 w.p.m. in English, knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric. |
