NER Gorakhpur Apprentice Document verification 2023

• Candidates should report at the Main Gate of the PCPO’s Office, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur on scheduled date and time. Candidates reporting late will not be entertained.
• Following candidates have been called for Document Verification, found eligible on the basis of the details furnished in the online application form.
• Candidates must bring the following documents for Document Verification:
• Candidates failing to report on the scheduled date and time will not be allowed to appear in the Document Verification. However, candidates unable to report on the scheduled date due to some unavoidable circumstances (which were beyond their control) may report on 18.10.2023 at 10:00 AM for Document Verification. Such candidates will have to submit undeniable proof for the same. Being satisfied with the proofs submitted by the candidate, he/she may be allowed for the Document Verification. The decision of Chairman, Railway Recruitment Cell shall be final and binding in this regard
• Although utmost care has been taken in preparing the list of candidates for document verification. Railway Recruitment Cell, Gorakhpur reserves all rights to make necessary corrections for any advertent mistakes.

• A printed copy of the online application form
• High School Marks Sheet in original and a photocopy thereof.
• ITI Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof
• Medical fitness Certificate issued by an Authorised Government Medical Officer in the format published on NE Railway ‘s Website
• A valid photo ID Card in original and a photocopy thereof.
• Two recent coloured photographs
• Apart from the above, following certificates must be brought for various reservation categories.
• Caste Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof.
• PwBD Certificate in original and a photocopy thereof
• Service Certificate/Ward certificate of Ex-servicemen/Armed Forces in original and a photocopy thereof.

• Names of the candidates in the list is in the order of their Registration Numbers
• Candidates in excess of the vacancies have been called for Document Verification. The final selection for training will be based on his/her fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions and the average of percentage obtained by the candidate in both High School (with minimum 50% marks) and ITI examination.
• Mere calling for document verification or selection for training does not confer any right to the Candidate for his Apprenticeship in Railways.
