Railway Group D Cen No. Official Notice 2023: Ministry of Railway release an official notice regarding Clarification CCAAs 109 Batch.

RRC CEN 01/2019 Latest Notice

• Recruitment against horizontal reservation of Railway Course Completed Act Apprentices in Level-01 posts against CEN RRC – 01/2019
• Various references have been received in Railway Board office regarding eligibility of those Course Completed Act Apprentices (CCAAs) who had appeared in All India Trade Test (AITT) examination subsequent to 12.04.2019 for 20% horizontal reservation provided for CCAAs.
• The matter has been examined afresh in this office. However, it is observed that it was already stipulated in the notification CEN RRC -01/1019 that candidates should ensure while filling the form that they possess/fulfill all eligibility conditions prescribed for the post (s) as on the closing date of online registration i.e as on 12.04.2019. It was also stipulated that a candidate shall be considered to have completed the Act Apprenticeship training. Only if he has appeared in the NCVT examination before the last date of registration of online application i.e. on or before 12.04.2019. Only such candidates who fulfilled above conditions were made eligible to avail the benefit of provisions and relaxations extended to CCAA candidates . Above stipulation was in line with the policy provision on the subject contained in para 11 of Annexure to Board’s letter No.E(EN)II/2016/RR-1/8 dated 21.06.2016. Hence, it has not been found feasible to make any change/relaxation in the notified stipulations at this stage.
