Railway CCAAs Latest Notice 2023: Railway Group D recruitment 2019 का CBT Exam होने के बाद document verification हुआ फिर CCAAs वाले candidates को कई zone से notice आना शुरू हुआ की Cut off date के बाद का Certificate होने के कारण सभी को रद्द किया जा रहा है | कितना दुःख होगा जब 2019 की vacancy 2022 में CBT Exam 2023 DV और ME होने बाद Pending कर दिया जाए या reject कर दिया जाए | एक दो candidates के साथ हो तो चलता है | सैकड़ों ऐसे candidates जिसका CBT Exam, DV, ME के बाद Pending है | सभी साथी Joining letter ले रहे है और इन्हें reject कर दिया गया | इन्हीं सवालो को लेकर AIRF के General Secretary ने Hon’ble Railway Minister को एक Letter दिया है जिसमे CCAAs 109 batch के सभी समस्या को बताया गया है | उम्मीद है Ministry of Railway कोई संज्ञान लेगी |

Letter में क्या क्या लिखा गया है ?
- Para 12.02 of the aforementioned Notification (CEN 01/2019) mentions that the candidate shall be considered to have completed Act Apprenticeship Training only if he/she has appeared in the NCVT Examination before the last date, the result of which might not have been declared. NAC Certificate issued by the NCVT to be submitted at the time of Documents Verification.
- Cut off date for application was 12.04.2029
- Candidates completed their training up to February 2019 i.e well before last date 12.04.2019.
- 109th batch of 2017-18 examination was conducted by the RDAT from 29-05-2019 to 14-06-2019 and in five states from 26-06-2019 to 28-06-2019.
- Delay in conduct of the examination is attributable to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
- All the candidates possessed NAC Certificate at the time of Documents Verification.
- Sinch all the candidates had completed training before the cut off date i.e 12.04.2019, and were in possession of the NAC Certificate at the time of Documents Verification, they should be considered for recruitment.
