Feeder trade candidates को Appendix-I में Consent/Undertaking देना अनिवार्य है कि वे Tenure Based DBW के रूप में काम करने को तैयार हैं।

1st
⭐ AOCP Trade — Ordnance Factories या Govt./Private (Govt. affiliated) Org.
सबसे पहले AOCP NAC holders को priority। इनको कोई extra training नहीं (अगर OFK से हैं)।
2nd
🏅 Feeder Trades — जिनके पास MIL Factory का 3 Month Training Certificate है
1 Month Explosive Handling Training + 2 Month On-Job Training Certificate किसी MIL Ordnance Factory से।
3rd
🥉 Feeder Trades — बिना 3 Month Certificate के
IMCP, MMCP, PPO, Fitter, Machinist, Turner आदि — Ordnance Factories या Govt./Private affiliated से।
Merit Formula: NCVT NAC Marks = 80% Weightage + Trade Test/Practical Test = 20% Weightage = Final Merit List
📚 Mandatory Training (Selection के बाद)
AOCP Trade Candidates
- जो OFK Apprentice नहीं हैं उन्हें 1 Month Compulsory In-house Training
- Explosive Handling, Safety Norms, Do’s & Don’ts
- Training complete होने के बाद ही Job Deployment
Feeder Trade Candidates
- 1 Month In-house Training (Explosives Safety)
- + 2 Months On-Job Training
- कुल 3 Months Training पूरी करने के बाद Job Deployment
🎂 Age Limit & Relaxation

💰 Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹19,900/- + Central DA (1/30th per day, 8 hours)
- 3% Annual Increment — Performance Satisfactory होने पर
- House Rent Allowance — Company Quarter available न होने पर
- EPF + Employees’ Compensation Act 1923 के अंतर्गत coverage
- Bonus — Bonus Act 1965 के अनुसार (applicable होने पर)
- Night Duty Allowance — Night Shift में regular employees के समान
- Risk Allowance — Regular employees के समान
- 30 दिन Annual Leave (2.5 days per month)
- 1 Day CL per month — (Casual Leave)
- Company Quarter — उपलब्धता अनुसार
