• Certification: NCVT (i.e. Candidates having National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCTVT now NCVT)
• Trade: AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) Skilled
• Feeder Trades: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, Process Plant Operator, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant,Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic

• Candidates having AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories, AOCP Trade Apprentices from Govt./Private organization having affiliation from Government and other feeder trades as stated above from both Ordnance Factories and Govt./Private organizations having Govt. affiliation and from Govt. ITI shall be considered.
• The priority shall accorded to AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories and AOCP Trade Apprentices from Government/Private Organizations having Government affiliation, and only if the required number of candidates is not available from these categories, candidates from other feeder stream (viz. IMСР, ММСР, PPO, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, etc.) Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories and Government/Private Organizations having Government affiliation will be considered.

Ordnance Factory Bhandara Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

• Selection ofthe candidates shall be done based on the Marks of NAC Mark sheet and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit. O.F. Bhandara can decide the cut off percentage for calling candidates for Trade test, based on the Marks secured in NAC issued by NCVT.
• Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT(NAC) and Trade Test/Practical test will be called for Document Verification in the order of Merit. The number of candidates called for Document Verification will be limited to the number of posts notified (Discipline/Category wise).
• At the time of document verification candidates are required to bring (a) Original Documents for document verification, (b) Character Certificate from two Gazetted officers (as per format in advertisement). (c) Police Clearance Certificate from respective Police Station (i.e. Police Station under whose jurisdiction where the candidate is presently staying)
