GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

• The candidates are advised to reach Trade Test exam centre as per Reporting time as mentioned in Admit Card. Late reporting at Trade Test centre, candidate will not be permitted for Trade Test.
• Candidates should note that he will be allowed for Trade Test centre only before the closing of reporting time. Candidate will not be allowed for Trade Test came after closing time of reporting under any circumstance or due to any reasons. Gates will be closed strictly at closing time.
• Candidates should invariably bring the following material at the time of reporting for the Trade Test : i) Admit Card ii) Ball Pen iii) Writing Pad iv) Transparent Water Bottle v) Two passport size colour photos vi) At least one, valid photo bearing identity proof in ORIGINAL with clear photograph (eligible photo identity proof such as 1. Passport 2. Aadhar Card/Print out of EAadhar 3. Driving Licence4. Voter ID) and its zerox copy.
• No candidate will be allowed to leave the Trade Test centre before the completion of the Trade Test time for any reason without permission from the exam Functionaries. Once a candidate leaves the Trade Test centre without the permission of the Trade Test functionaries, he/she shall not be allowed to re-enter the centre and his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
• Candidates are advised to visit the Trade Test centre venue well in advance so that they can reach the venue on the date of exam in time. Candidates are advised to make their own arrangements for travel, food , accommodation at their own expenses. O.F.Bhandara will not be responsible for any inconvenience regarding it.
• Shortlisted candidates are required to bring all original certificates and duly filled documents i.e. Prescribed format of character certificate (2 copies), Undertaking format at time of document verification.
